The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “My people have forgotten me” (Jeremiah…

“My people have forgotten me” (Jeremiah 18:15).

To forget someone is the worst offense we can commit, and yet, this is exactly what God says about us in “My people have forgotten me”. Consider this: we can oppose someone, harm them, ignore them, but to forget them? That is the depths of despair. And yet, we do this to the Lord. We forget His benefits, live as if He did not exist, as if He were dead. It is a real danger, because forgetting does not happen suddenly — it comes gradually, when we cease to be attentive, when we relax and let ourselves be carried away by the current of life.

So, how to escape this disaster? The answer is simple, but it requires action: “Take heed to yourself!” Being attentive is keeping your eyes on the road, your hands on the wheel, knowing where you are going. It is not that we forget God on purpose, but carelessly we drift away, until He becomes just a distant memory. And here is a powerful safeguard against this forgetting: to obey God. When you decide, with your heart, to live according to His Word, you place yourself in a position where God Himself takes care of you, ensuring there is no distancing.

And here is the incredible promise: for those who obey the powerful Law of God, forgetting simply does not happen. Why? Because this responsibility ceases to be yours and becomes that of the Creator, who never fails. When you live in obedience, God keeps you close, keeping the flame of the relationship alight. So, decide today: stop living adrift, choose to obey, and trust that God will hold you firm, so that you never forget Him and He never leaves you. -Adapted from J. Jowett. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, I often fall into the danger of forgetting, living as if You did not exist, as if Your benefits were not real, offending You, as Your Word says: “My people have forgotten me”. I confess that, many times, this forgetting comes gradually, when I relax and let myself be carried away by the current of life, until You become a distant memory.

My Father, today I ask You to give me the grace to be attentive, to take heed to myself, so that I do not drift away from You and fall into the disaster of forgetting. Teach me to live in obedience to Your incredible Law, for I know that this is the only protection against distancing. I ask that You guide me to decide to live according to Your will, trusting that, in doing so, You Yourself will take care of me, ensuring that our closeness is never lost.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising that, for those who obey Your will, forgetting does not happen, for You, who never fail, take the responsibility to keep us close, with the flame of the relationship alight. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the beacon that guides me back to You, a light that illuminates my memory. Your commandments are the ropes that hold me firm, a song that resonates in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “All things are possible for him who…

“All things are possible for him who believes” (Mark 9:23).

Imagine what it means to hear that “all things are possible for him who believes”. It seems simple, but it is not always just about asking and receiving, because God is more interested in teaching you the way of faith than merely giving you what you want. And in this training of faith, there are moments of trial, discipline, patience, and courage, stages you must go through before seeing the victory of faith. God uses each step to shape you, to strengthen you, to show you that true faith is not just about the outcome, but about the process of trusting in Him, even when everything seems impossible.

Consider the delays you face. Often, God delays on purpose, and this delay is as much an answer to your prayer as the blessing when it finally arrives. He is teaching you to be faithful, to trust in His Word, even when what you see or feel tries to lead you astray. It is in these moments that you must cling to the commandments of the Lord, remain steadfast, without being shaken. Each time you choose to trust, you develop more power, more experience, more resilience to face whatever comes.

And here is the key to victory: remain steadfast in the Word of God, obeying His commandments, regardless of the circumstances. The victory of faith does not come to those who give up or seek shortcuts, but to those who persist, trusting that God is working, even in the delay. So, do not be discouraged by what seems slow or difficult. Keep believing, keep obeying, and you will see that “all things” truly are possible, because God never fails those who remain faithful to Him. -Adapted from Lettie B. Cowman. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, I confess that I often become frustrated with moments of trial, discipline, patience, and courage, forgetting that each step is part of Your training to shape and strengthen me. Today, I acknowledge that true faith is not just about the outcome, but about the process of trusting in You, even when everything seems impossible.

My Father, today I ask You to give me strength to go through the stages of Your faith training, especially in the delays I face, understanding that each delay is an answer to my prayer as much as the final blessing. Teach me to be faithful, to trust in Your Word, even when what I see or feel tries to lead me astray, and to cling to Your commandments firmly, without being shaken. I ask that You help me develop more power, more experience, and more resilience, choosing to trust in You at every moment, knowing that You are working, even in the silence.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising that “all things” are possible for those who believe and remain faithful, obeying Your will, trusting that You never fail those who persist without seeking shortcuts. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the foundation that sustains me in waiting, a bright light that guides my faith. Your commandments are anchors that keep me steady, a song of victory that resonates in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered…

“What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered, proclaim upon the housetops” (Matthew 10:27).

Consider that sometimes God uses darkness to teach you to truly listen to Him. It is like the birds, which learn to sing in the dark, or like us, who are placed in the shadow of God’s hand until we learn to heed Him. When you find yourself in darkness—whether in life’s circumstances or in your relationship with God—the best thing to do is to be still. Do not speak, do not complain, do not murmur. Darkness is not the time to speak with the wrong attitude; it is the time to listen to what God has to say.

And do you know what God says at these times? He has a clear message for all of us, especially when we are in darkness. He calls us to attention for obedience, to live according to His commandments. It is as if He were saying: “I know your pains, I know you, for I am the one who made you. If you trust in Me and walk according to My will, I will bring you out of the darkness, guide you on safe paths, and give you the peace you seek.” God uses darkness to teach you to depend on Him, to show you that He is sufficient, even when everything seems confusing.

So, here is the invitation: when you are in darkness, listen to the voice of God and obey. Do not despair, do not try to solve everything on your own. Be still and trust that God is speaking, guiding, and shaping you. He promises to bring you out of the darkness and into the light, but this happens when you decide to walk according to His Law, trusting that He knows what is best for you. Obey, listen, and see how God transforms the darkness into paths of peace and security. -Adapted from O. Chambers. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often find myself fearing the darkness, whether in life’s circumstances or in my relationship with You, without realizing that You use it to teach me to truly listen to You. I confess that, often in the darkness, my first reaction is to speak, complain, or murmur, instead of being still and listening to what You have to say to me.

My Father, today I ask You to give me a quiet and obedient heart, so that I may hear Your clear message, especially in the darkness, and live according to Your commandments. Teach me to trust in You, knowing that You know my pains and made me, and that if I walk according to Your will, You will bring me out of the darkness and guide me on safe paths, giving me the peace I seek. I ask that You use these dark moments to teach me to depend on You, showing me that You are sufficient, even when everything seems confusing.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising to transform the darkness into light, guiding and shaping me, as I trust in You and obey Your will, knowing that You know what is best for me. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the compass that guides me in the darkness, a bright flame that illuminates my path. Your commandments are stars that shine in the dark, a song of peace that guides my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “And this is the confidence that we have in Him:…

“And this is the confidence that we have in Him: that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us” (1 John 5:14).

Did you know that when God says “no” to something we ask for, there is as much love in that as when He says “yes”? It is easy to think that love is only about giving us what we want, but true love also withholds what would harm us. If, in our blindness, we ask for things that, in our hands, would turn into sorrow and suffering, will our Father, out of His love, not deny us? Consider this: the same love that gives the good also holds back the bad. God knows us better than we know ourselves, and He always acts for our good, even when we do not understand.

Here is what happens when you reach a deep intimacy with God through a life of obedience to His Word: everything changes. You stop asking for “this or that” and begin to simply trust that He will take care of you—and He truly does! When you live as God commands, He takes care of every detail of your life. It is not just about receiving blessings, but about experiencing constant protection in all areas, knowing that God is in control, guiding every step you take.

And now the most incredible part: those who obey the powerful Law of God not only live under this protection but also carry an unshakable certainty that they will rise with Jesus to eternity. Nothing is more important than this! When you decide to obey, you no longer need to live worried about what to ask for or what to receive, because God takes care of everything. So, stop trying to control and start trusting. Live in obedience, surrender completely, and see how God transforms your life here and guarantees you eternity with Him. -Adapted from H. E. Manning. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often find myself thinking that Your love is only manifested when You say “yes” to my requests, without realizing that there is as much love in Your “no” as in Your “yes”. I confess that, many times, in my blindness, I ask for things that could bring me sorrow and suffering, but today I recognize that, out of Your love, You withhold what would harm me, always acting for my good, even when I do not understand. Help me to trust that You know me better than I know myself and that every decision You make is driven by love and care.

My Father, today I ask You to give me an obedient and trusting heart, so that I may reach a deep intimacy with You, living according to Your Word and stopping to ask for “this or that”. Teach me to simply trust that You will take care of me, taking care of every detail of my life, guiding my steps and protecting me in all areas. I ask that You help me to live as You command, so that I may experience Your constant protection and the peace of knowing that You are in control of everything.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising not only to take care of me here, but also for giving me the unshakable certainty that I will rise with Jesus to eternity, reserved for those who obey Your will. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the shield that keeps me safe, a steady light that illuminates my path. Your commandments are chains of love that bind me to You, a hymn of trust that echoes in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “Whatever you do, do it with all your heart,…

“Whatever you do, do it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” (Colossians 3:23).

Why are the small things of daily life, those within your reach, as important as the great moments for growing in holiness? It is easy to think that only the significant occasions matter, but the truth is that faithfulness in the small details is a powerful proof of dedication and love for God. Make it your goal: to please the Lord perfectly in the simple things, with a humble spirit, like that of a child, totally dependent on Him. When you begin to set aside self-love and self-confidence, submitting your will to God’s, the obstacles that seemed gigantic start to disappear, and you experience a freedom you never imagined.

Look to the Scriptures and see the lives of those obedient to God. One thing is clear: God never withholds anything good from His faithful. He pours out blessings, deliverance, and, in the end, leads us to Jesus for forgiveness and salvation. But all this comes to those who decide to be faithful, especially in the small things. Do not be deceived: pleasing God in the daily details is what builds a life of holiness and opens the doors to His promises. So, why not choose today to be faithful to His Word, to live as He commands, and see what He can do for you?

And here is the invitation you cannot ignore: decide to be faithful to the powerful Law of God, starting with the small things, and see your life transformed. When you seek to please God sincerely, even in the simplest tasks, He guides you, strengthens you, and blesses you in ways you cannot imagine. Do not wait for a grand moment to start—begin now, with what is before you, and trust that God will honor your faithfulness. Do this today and experience the transformation that comes from a heart fully surrendered to the Lord. -Adapted from J. N. Grou. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often find myself valuing only the great moments, thinking they define my holiness, while neglecting the small things of daily life that are within my reach. I confess that, many times, I overlook faithfulness in the details, forgetting that it is in them that I prove my love and dedication to You. Today, I recognize that pleasing You perfectly in the simple things, with a humble spirit like that of a child, is the path to overcoming obstacles and experiencing the freedom that comes from submitting my will to Yours.

My Father, today I ask You to give me a faithful and humble heart to seek to please You in every small detail of my life, totally depending on You and setting aside self-love and self-confidence. Teach me to see the simple tasks as opportunities to live in holiness and to build a life that reflects Your glory. I ask that You guide me to be faithful to Your Word, living as You command, especially in the small things, so that I may open the doors to Your blessings, deliverance, and promises, trusting that You never withhold what is good from Your faithful.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising to guide, strengthen, and bless those who decide to be faithful to Your will, starting with the small things, and for leading me to Jesus for forgiveness and salvation. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the foundation that supports each humble step, a gentle light that illuminates the details of my day. Your commandments are seeds of holiness planted in my heart, a song of faithfulness that resonates in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “Upon hearing this, the young man went away sorrowful, because…

“Upon hearing this, the young man went away sorrowful, because he had great possessions” (Matthew 19:22).

What does it truly mean to surrender to the Lord, like that rich young man we encounter in the Bible? He was even willing to consecrate a part, to sanctify the centimeter, but when Jesus asked for the whole meter, he recoiled. And here lies the danger that lurks for each of us: we think we can give God almost everything, but we keep some areas for ourselves. We surrender the house, but mark certain rooms as “private”. It is like the pastor who confessed that his Christian life was hindered because, from the bunch of keys he gave to the Lord, he held one back. One key may seem insignificant, but it makes all the difference.

Now, look at the great names in Scripture — Abraham, David, Mary. What did they have in common? They did not keep any reserves. They obeyed God without holding anything back for themselves, without saying “this far I will go, but no further”. And this is exactly what God expects from us. Do not be deceived: if you want an intimate relationship with Him, it cannot be half-hearted. God does not accept partial surrender, a divided heart. He wants everything — every centimeter, every room, every key. And this may come at a high cost, may mean letting go of what you love most, but it is the only way to experience the fullness of what God has for you.

And here is the point you need to understand: a blessed relationship with God requires steadfast and permanent obedience. There is no room for reserves, for secret areas that you hide from the Lord. If you want to truly walk with God, you must decide today that He will have total control, no matter the cost. When you do this, when you surrender all the keys without holding any back, you open the door to blessings, guidance, and intimacy that are priceless. So, stop offering just a part and start offering the whole. This is how you will live out the complete plan that God has for your life. -Adapted from J. Jowett. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often find myself wanting to give You only a part of myself, like that rich young man who sanctified the centimeter, but recoiled when You asked for the whole meter. I confess that, many times, I mark rooms of my life as “private”, giving You almost everything, but holding some keys back for myself, thinking that a small reserve will not make a difference. Today, I recognize the danger of partial surrender and how it hinders my relationship with You, and I ask that You help me to let go of all control, trusting that only in You I find fullness.

My Father, today I ask that You give me the courage to follow the example of Abraham, David, and Mary, who obeyed without reserves, without holding anything back for themselves. Teach me not to divide my heart, but to surrender every centimeter, every room, every key of my life to You, even if it means letting go of what I love most. I ask that You guide me to obey Your will without limits, so that I may experience an intimate and true relationship with You, without secret areas or hidden reserves, trusting that You want the best for me.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising blessings, guidance, and intimacy to those who decide, with steadfastness, to surrender everything to You, living in steadfast and permanent obedience, without holding anything back. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the light that reveals every dark corner of my heart, a purifying fire that consumes my reserves. Your commandments are open doors to Your presence, a song of freedom that echoes in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “We have passed through fire and water, but You have brought us…

“We have passed through fire and water, but You have brought us to a place of abundance” (Psalm 66:12).

True peace often comes only after conflict. It seems a paradox, I know, but it is the purest truth. It is not the fragile silence before the storm that brings rest, but the serene quietness that follows. The man who has never suffered may seem strong, but his strength has never been tested. The safest sailor is he who has faced the storm, tested the boat, and emerged stronger. God allows storms not to destroy you, but to teach you: without Him, there is no true peace.

Let us be practical. God allows you to face storms to show you that there is no relief without an intimate relationship with Him. And this relationship is built by living in alignment with the Creator. Do not be deceived: you will not find peace by trusting only in your own strength or in the world. True strength comes from drawing near to God the Father and to Jesus, living as He commands. Thus, storms become opportunities to grow in faith and dependence on the Lord.

And here is the main point: peace, strength, and help come only to those who firmly decide to obey the powerful Law of God. It is no use seeking rest without conflict, nor help without obedience. The wise man aligns himself with God, obeying His Word, and finds the help he needs. When you make this decision, without compromise, God gives you peace, strength, and help, no matter the storm. So, face conflicts with God by your side, obeying His will. This is how you find rest. -Adapted from Lettie B. Cowman. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often seek an easy peace, without struggle, not realizing that true peace, the kind that comes from You, often arises after conflict. I confess that I fear the storms of life, desiring an untested strength, instead of embracing the storms that teach me to depend on You. Today, I recognize that each difficulty is a chance to grow in faith and find Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

My Father, today I ask You to give me the courage to face the storms, knowing that they bring me closer to You and build an intimate relationship with You. Teach me not to trust in my own strength or in the world, but to live in alignment with Your will, seeking the strength that comes from You and from Jesus. I ask that You guide me to obey Your Word, so that I may turn every challenge into an opportunity for faith and relief.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising peace, strength, and help to those who live in obedience to Your will, facing conflicts with the certainty that You are with me. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the anchor that keeps me steady, a light that guides my boat. Your commandments are sails that carry me to Your rest, a hymn that resounds in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me…

“He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me gently beside quiet waters” (Psalm 23:2).

What does it mean to be guided by the Lord? It is not about a life without problems, but about a trust so deep in God that, even in the most difficult moments, you know He is in control. This trust does not come from nowhere — it comes from a habitual faith, built day by day, through worship and total surrender to Him. When you decide to live this way, the Lord, though invisible, becomes real in every detail of your life. He guides you on a safe path, even if it is difficult, even if there are dark shadows along the way. And do you know what is most incredible? He promises to be with you at every step, until He brings you home, to eternal rest.

Perhaps you are going through trials that leave you exhausted, fears that grip your heart, sorrows that no one sees, or burdens that even those closest to you cannot imagine. But here is the good news: God is sufficient for all of this. He is the Shepherd who never fails. If you are submissive and gentle, He will guide you with His gentle eyes and His soft voice. But if you are stubborn or rebellious, He will use the rod and the staff to bring you back to the right path. One way or another, He will lead you to the rest He has promised. And the secret to experiencing this constant guidance from God, no matter what you are facing, lies in living a life of worship and trust, knowing that He is greater than any difficulty.

And here is the point you cannot ignore: God’s guidance is guaranteed for those who decide, with determination, to obey His powerful Law. It is no use wanting the peace of green pastures or the security of quiet waters if you are not willing to live as God commands. When you make this decision — and I am talking about a serious decision, without compromise — the presence of the Lord becomes constant in your life, regardless of what is happening around you. It does not matter if the day is sunny or stormy, if you are facing loneliness or suffering, God will guide you, sustain you, and, in the end, bring you home. So, stop resisting and start obeying. This is how you will experience the guidance and care of the Father at every moment of your journey. -Adapted from H. E. Manning. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often find myself seeking a life without problems, thinking that being guided by You means the absence of difficulties, when, in truth, what You offer me is a trust so deep that it makes me rest in You, even in the darkest moments. I confess that, many times, my faith wavers, and I try to find security in visible things, instead of building a habitual faith, day by day.

My Father, today I ask You to teach me to live a life of total trust in You, so that I may experience Your constant guidance, no matter what I face — trials that exhaust me, fears that grip my heart, hidden sorrows, or invisible burdens. I ask that You give me a gentle and submissive heart, so that I may hear Your soft voice and follow Your gentle eyes. Above all, help me to obey Your powerful Law, with determination and without compromise, so that I may live under Your care and find the peace of green pastures and the security of quiet waters.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for being the Shepherd who never fails, for promising to be with me at every step, sustaining me on sunny or stormy days, guiding me through loneliness and suffering, until You bring me home, to Your eternal rest. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the compass that guides my journey, a serene light that dispels the darkness. Your commandments are cords of love that hold me firm, a song of peace that soothes my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “I will cry out to the Most High God, to the God who accomplishes everything for me…

“I will cry out to the Most High God, to the God who accomplishes everything for me. He sends forth His help from heaven and saves me” (Psalm 57:2-3).

Consider this truth: it was God who brought you to this very moment. It was not you, not chance, and certainly not the enemy. It was He, the Lord, who placed you here, at this time, in this era. And if you are not ready to face what God has prepared for you now, know that you will also not be ready for anything else you might think would be better. It is futile to want to go back, to wish time could reverse, or to dream of easier days. God brought you to this moment to shape you, to teach you to depend on Him, and not on yourself.

Let us discuss what this means in practice. If the easy times are gone, it is because God wants to use the difficult times to make you more serious, more focused, more dependent on Him. But here is the truth that many try to ignore: you cannot live within God’s perfect plan if you are not willing to obey His Word. It is not about what you think is right or convenient; it is about what God has already revealed in the Scriptures. He has made the commandments very clear, but most of us simply ignore them, thinking we can create our own path. Do not be deceived: the difficult times are an opportunity for you to learn to trust in God, but that trust only comes when you decide to live as He commands.

And here is the most important point: there is no communion with God without obedience. It is futile to want God’s blessings, protection, or guidance if you are not willing to follow His Law exactly as it was given. God does not negotiate, He does not compromise, He does not accept half-measures. If you want to live within the perfect plan He has for you, you need to stop ignoring the commandments and start obeying them, no matter the cost. When you do this, you not only face the challenges of this time with courage, but you also experience an intimacy with God that the disobedient will never know. So, decide today: stop running from what God has called you to live and start obeying His Word. This is how you will find strength, purpose, and true communion with the Lord. -Adapted from J. D. Maurice. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often find myself questioning how I arrived at this very moment, often thinking it was by my own strength, by luck, or even by mistake. But today I acknowledge that it was You, and You alone, who brought me here, at this time, in this era, to fulfill Your purpose in my life. I confess that at times I wish to go back, to dream of easier days, or to imagine I would be better prepared for something different, but now I understand that this moment is Your gift to shape me, to teach me to depend on You and not on myself.

My Father, today I ask You to give me wisdom and strength to embrace the challenges of this time, understanding that the difficult days are Your instrument to make me more serious, more focused, and more dependent on You. Teach me to live within Your perfect plan, recognizing that this requires faithful obedience to Your Word, and not to my own ideas or conveniences. I ask that You show me the value of following Your commandments as they are, without ignoring them or trying to create my own path, so that I may learn to trust in You with all my heart.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for calling me to a deep intimacy with You, reserved for those who choose to obey Your will, facing challenges with strength, purpose, and true communion. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the foundation that keeps me standing, an eternal light that guides my steps. Your commandments are chains of love that bind me to You, a melody of justice that sings in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

The Law of God: Daily Devotional: “I lift up my eyes to the mountains and ask: from…

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains and ask: from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth” (Psalm 121:1-2).

Have you ever found yourself looking at the “mountains” in your life and asking: “From where will my help come?” Perhaps your eyes are fixed on something that seems great, strong, powerful—be it money, influential people, or your own strength. I know, it is natural to want to seek help in what appears solid. But here is the truth: all these mountains will melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. It is futile to trust in what is transient, in what is a mountain today and a valley tomorrow. God is telling you: “Stop looking to the sides and look at Me! I am your true source of help, your unshakable strength.”

Now, consider what this means in practice. Yes, we need help—for the soul, for the body, for daily challenges. But from where will it come? Not from the great ones of the earth, not from wealth, not from what seems impressive. All of this is fragile, temporary. The true help, which never fails, comes from the Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth. And here is the detail that makes the difference: this help, these blessings and protection are certain for those who are faithful to Him, who choose to live according to His will. Trusting in God is not just a feeling, it is a stance, it is deciding that He is the only one in whom you will place your hope.

And do you know what happens when you stop clinging to the “mountains” and cling to God? You experience a peace that cannot be explained, a security that does not depend on circumstances. God has promised to supply your needs here on earth and to lead you to heaven through Jesus, our Savior. But this promise is for the faithful servants, who stand firm in His Word and obey His Law. It is no use wanting blessings without living the way He commands. So, today, make a choice: stop trusting in the transient and decide to trust only in the Lord. Obey His Word, and you will see that help comes from the God who is greater than any mountain. -Adapted from H. Müller. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often ask myself: “From where will my help come?” I confess that, many times, my eyes are fixed on what seems great and solid, on what appears to be the solution to my challenges. But today I recognize that all these mountains are fragile and temporary, ready to melt like wax before You, the Lord of all the earth. Teach me to stop seeking help in what is transient and to look only to You, my true source of help and my unshakable strength.

My Father, today I ask You to help me redirect my trust, to take my eyes off what is fragile and temporary and to place them on You. Give me wisdom to understand that true help—for my soul, my body, and my daily challenges—does not come from the great ones of this world, but from You, who never fail. I ask that You strengthen me to make the choice to live according to Your will, positioning myself as Your faithful servant, so that I may receive Your blessings and protection. Teach me to trust in You not only with feelings, but with firm actions of obedience to Your powerful Law.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for promising me a peace that cannot be explained and a security that does not depend on circumstances, supplying my needs here on earth and guiding me to heaven through Jesus, my hope. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the foundation that sustains my hope, a living flame that lights my path. Your commandments are cords of love that draw me close to You, a symphony of grace that resonates in my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
