Daily Devotional: you also are being used as living stones…

“you also are being used as living stones in the building of a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood” (1 Peter 2:5).

Wherever God takes our souls after we leave these fragile bodies, there too we will be within the same great temple. This temple does not belong only to the Earth—it is greater than our world. It is the sacred house that encompasses every place where God is present. And as there is no end to the universe where God reigns, there are also no limits to this living temple.

This temple is not made of stones, but of lives that obey the Creator. It is an eternal project, being formed step by step, until everything perfectly reflects who God is. When a soul learns to obey sincerely, it fits into this great spiritual building. And the more it obeys, the more it becomes a living expression of the Lord’s will.

Therefore, the soul that wishes to be part of this eternal plan needs to submit to His mighty Law, to follow His commandments with faith and dedication. This is how creation will, in the end, be a pure reflection of His glory. -Adapted from Phillips Brooks. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Lord God, I know that my body is fragile and temporary, but the soul You have given me belongs to something much greater. I thank You because You have prepared a place beyond this world, where Your presence fills everything, and where those who obey You live in peace and joy. Teach me to value this eternal hope.

I want to be part, oh Father, of Your living temple—not only in the future, but here and now. Give me a submissive heart, one that desires to please You above all else. May my obedience be sincere and constant. Shape me so that I may be useful in the work You are forming.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for including me in this eternal plan, even though I am small and imperfect. You have called me to something that goes beyond time, beyond worlds, beyond myself. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is like the firm foundation of this invisible and glorious temple. Your commandments are like living pillars that uphold the truth and reflect Your holiness. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow…

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34).

Those who have so many reasons to rejoice and yet still choose to cling to sadness and irritation are disregarding the gifts of God. Even when life brings some difficulties, there are still countless blessings we can recognize—the light of this new day, the breath of life, the chance to start over. If God sends us joys, we should receive them with gratitude; if He allows trials, we should face them with patience and trust. After all, only today is in our hands. Yesterday has already passed, and tomorrow has not yet come. Carrying the fears and pains of several days in a single thought is an unnecessary burden that only steals the peace of the soul.

But there is something even more essential: if we want this day to truly be filled with blessings, deliverance, peace, and guidance from above, we need to walk according to the powerful Law of God. The soul that seeks the Lord’s favor must abandon sin and strive to obey the amazing commandments of the Creator, the same ones He gave to His people with love and wisdom. It is this sincere obedience that shows the Father we desire His presence and the salvation He offers. And when the Father sees this true desire in someone’s heart, He sends them to His Son, Jesus, so that they may receive forgiveness, transformation, and eternal life.

Therefore, do not waste another day with complaints, guilt, or fears about the future. Surrender yourself today to God’s will, follow His ways with faithfulness, and let Him fill your life with meaning. The heavens are ready to pour out blessings on those who walk according to His will. Choose to obey, and you will see the power of the Lord at work—delivering, healing, and leading you to Jesus. -Adapted from Jeremy Taylor. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Lord my God, I thank You for this new day You have set before me. Even in the midst of struggles, I recognize that I have many reasons to rejoice. Deliver me, Father, from wasting this day with complaints or with the weight of worries that do not belong to me. Teach me to live in the present with gratitude, to rest in Your faithfulness, and to trust that everything You allow has a greater purpose.

Give me, Lord, an obedient heart, willing to follow Your ways sincerely. I know that Your blessings are not separate from Your will, and that only those who submit to Your commandments with love experience true deliverance and peace. Help me to walk according to Your powerful Law, rejecting all that displeases You. May my life be living proof that I desire to please and honor You. Lead me, Father, to Your beloved Son, so that through Him I may receive forgiveness, transformation, and salvation.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for Your mercy that is renewed every morning, for Your patience with me, and for Your faithful promises. You are my constant hope and my sure help. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a river of justice that purifies and sustains the soul. Your commandments are like stars in the sky—firm, beautiful, and full of guidance. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: The soil produces grain by itself: first the stalk…

“The soil produces grain by itself: first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head” (Mark 4:28).

People with an elevated heart do not settle. They are always sensitive to the movement of God—sometimes even through dreams, gentle touches, or deep convictions that arise out of nowhere, but we know come from heaven. When they realize the Lord is calling, they do not hesitate. They leave behind comfort, abandon the safe zone, and courageously begin a new stage of faithfulness. And there are those who do not wait for responsibilities to pile up—they act as soon as they understand God’s will, eager to do good and hungry for something even better.

This kind of soul does not arise by chance. These are people who, at some point, made a definitive decision: to obey the powerful Law of God. They understood that obedience is not just a requirement—it is the path to intimacy with the Creator. They live an active, practical, constant faith. And because of this, they see the world with different eyes, live with a different kind of peace, and experience another level of relationship with God.

When someone decides to obey the incredible commandments that the Lord gave to the prophets of the Old Testament and to Jesus, something supernatural happens: God draws near to that soul. The Creator makes His dwelling in the creature. What was distant becomes intimate. What was merely doctrine is transformed into real communion. And then, the person begins to live a new life—filled with the presence, protection, and divine love. This is the reward of obedience: not just external blessings, but eternal union with the living God. -Adapted from James Martineau. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Holy Father, I thank You for the times You have spoken to me gently, calling me to a new level of faithfulness. I do not want to be someone who hesitates or delays. Give me an elevated heart, sensitive to Your voice, ready to obey You in everything, without delay.

Lord, I desire to live like these faithful souls—who do not wait for great signs to act, but who run to do good and to please You. I want to follow Your powerful Law, walk in faithfulness to Your holy commandments, and live a life that honors You day after day. Lead me to that communion which transforms everything.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You for drawing near to those who seek You sincerely. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a golden bridge that unites heaven and earth, linking the obedient soul to the heart of the Creator. Your commandments are like paths of light in the midst of darkness, guiding Your children to a life full of Your love and Your presence. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: I will teach you the way of wisdom and lead you…

“I will teach you the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths” (Proverbs 4:11).

It is true: we have very little control over the circumstances of this life. We do not know what awaits us tomorrow, nor can we prevent certain events that strike us without warning. Things like accidents, losses, injustices, illnesses, or even the sins of others—all these can, in an instant, turn our lives upside down. But despite this external instability, there is something no one can control for us: the direction of our soul. That decision is ours, every day.

No matter what the world throws at us, we have complete freedom to choose to obey God. And in this chaotic world, where everything changes rapidly, the powerful Law of God becomes our safe refuge. It is firm, unchanging, perfect. When we stop following the crowd—which often despises the ways of the Lord—and choose to obey the magnificent commandments of the Creator, even if alone, we find what everyone seeks but few find: protection, true peace, and real deliverance.

And more than that: this choice of obedience not only blesses us in this life, but also leads us to the greatest of all gifts—salvation through Jesus, the Son of God. He is the fulfillment of the promise made to those who obey with faith and sincerity. The world may collapse around us, but if our soul is anchored in the Law of the Lord, nothing will be able to destroy us. This is the true security that comes from above. -Adapted from John Hamilton. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Beloved Father, I recognize that there are many things in this life that are beyond my control. But I praise You because the direction of my soul is in my hands, and I choose to entrust it to You with confidence. Even in the midst of chaos, I want to remain steadfast in Your ways.

Lord, strengthen my heart so that I do not follow the majority, but rather obey You with faithfulness. May I embrace Your powerful Law with love and reverence, and may my life be a testimony of Your peace amid uncertainty. Help me to keep Your magnificent commandments, even when everyone around me chooses to ignore them.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for being the unchanging God in an unstable world. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a firm rock in the midst of the storm, sustaining the feet of those who obey You with faith. Your commandments are like wings of protection that cover the obedient soul with grace, direction, and salvation. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you…

“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, whose purposes are steadfast in you” (Isaiah 26:3).

God is a God of peace. He dwells in a tranquil eternity, above the chaos and confusion of this world. And if we want to walk with Him, we must allow our spirit to become like a calm and clear lake, where His serene light can be reflected clearly. This means avoiding everything that robs us of our inner quietness—distractions, agitations, external and internal pressures. Nothing in the world is worth the loss of the peace that God wants to pour out upon the obedient heart.

Even the mistakes we make should not throw us into guilt and despair. They should only lead us to humility and sincere repentance—never to agitation. The answer is to turn to the Lord with all our heart, with joy, with faith, and with a willingness to listen and obey His holy commandments, without murmuring, without resistance. This is the secret that many unfortunately ignore. They want peace, but do not accept the condition God has established to receive it: obedience.

The powerful Law of God, revealed through His prophets and through Jesus, is the path to true peace. There is no other. Without obedience to the clearly revealed will of the Creator, there is no rest for the soul. The peace that was promised since the beginning of the world rests only upon those who do what God asks. It is not something mystical or unattainable—it is a direct consequence of faithfulness. And this peace, once received, sustains the heart in any circumstance. -Adapted from Gerhard Tersteegen. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Beloved Father, I thank You because You are not a God of confusion, but of peace. I desire to know You in this place of tranquility, where Your light shines upon a calm and surrendered heart. Teach me to reject all that robs me of my peace, and to rest only in Your presence.

Lord, I want to obey You with joy and faith, without resistance, without complaints. I know that Your powerful Law is the sure path to live in harmony with You. Give me a heart sensitive to Your voice and steadfast to keep Your holy commandments. May my life be shaped by Your will, and not by the agitation of this world.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore You and praise You for being the Prince of Peace. Your beloved Son is my eternal Savior and Redeemer. Your powerful Law is like the serene reflection of Your glory upon the still waters of an obedient soul. Your commandments are like gentle rays from the sun of righteousness, warming the faithful heart with peace, light, and security. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: For the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple…

“For the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple” (1 Corinthians 3:17).

Within each of us, God desires to establish His temple—a sacred place where He is worshiped in spirit and in truth. It is not a physical space, but an inner space where true worship takes place: a surrendered, faithful, and consecrated heart. When you become deeply rooted in this inner worship, something powerful happens. Your life begins to transcend the limitations of time and space. You start to live for God, with God, and in God, in every thought, decision, and attitude.

But this kind of life only becomes possible when God has your whole heart. When you decide, with firmness and sincerity, to obey the light and the Spirit of God who dwells within you, and when your deepest desire is to be faithful to all the Lord’s commandments—even in the face of criticism, rejection, and opposition—then your existence is transformed into constant praise. Every act of faithfulness, every choice of obedience, becomes a silent song that rises to heaven.

This is the most important step in the life of any human being: to dedicate oneself wholeheartedly to the instructions the Creator has given us—His powerful Law, revealed by the prophets and confirmed by Jesus. It is not one option among many. It is the way. It is the answer. It is the only way to make your life a true temple, where God dwells, guides, purifies, and saves. -Adapted from William Law. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Holy Father, I thank You for desiring to dwell in me, not as a visitor, but as Lord. May Your temple within my heart be a place that is clean, surrendered, and always filled with true worship. I want to seek You not with empty words, but with a life that honors You in spirit and in truth.

Lord, take my heart completely. May my obedience to Your powerful Law not depend on circumstances or the approval of others, but be the fruit of my sincere love for You. Teach me to live in faithfulness to each one of Your holy commandments, and may my entire life be transformed into praise to Your name.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for desiring to make me Your living temple. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a sacred fire that consumes all that is impure and transforms the soul into a holy dwelling. Your commandments are like continuous incense, rising from the obedient heart as living and pleasing worship to You. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: You allowed me to go through much suffering, but…

“You allowed me to go through much suffering, but you will restore my life again and lift me up from the depths of the earth” (Psalm 71:20).

God never calls us to stagnation. He is a living God, present and active in every detail of our journey. Even when we do not see it, He is working. Sometimes, His voice is like a gentle whisper that touches the heart and calls us to move forward. At other times, we feel His firm hand, guiding us with strength and clarity. But one thing is certain: God always leads us on the path of obedience—to His mighty Law. This is the infallible sign that it is He who is guiding us.

If any other path appears before you, any direction that minimizes or disregards obedience to the holy commandments of God, know for sure: it does not come from the Creator, but from the enemy. The devil will always try to present shortcuts, “easier” alternatives, broad paths that seem good to the eyes but lead the soul away from eternal life. God, on the other hand, calls us to the narrow path—demanding, yes, but safe, holy, and full of purpose.

God desires your good—not only in this life, but in eternity. And this good can only be achieved through obedience to His holy and eternal Law. The world may offer empty promises, but true blessing, deliverance, and salvation will only come when you choose to live according to the commandments that God revealed through His prophets and through Jesus. There is no other way. There is no other plan. Only obedience leads to true life. -Adapted from John Jowett. Until tomorrow, if the Lord permits.

Pray with me: Loving Father, I thank You because You are not a distant or indifferent God. You are always active in my life, even when I do not perceive it. Today, I acknowledge that every touch of Yours, every direction You give me, has a purpose: to lead me to the path of obedience and life.

Lord, help me to discern Your voice amid the many voices of the world. If anything tries to draw me away from Your mighty Law, may I have the sensitivity to reject it. Strengthen my heart to follow Your holy commandments with joy, even when it is difficult. I trust that only this path will lead me to true peace and eternity with You.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for being such a faithful and caring Father. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is like a river of life that flows from Your throne, refreshing the obedient soul with goodness and truth. Your commandments are like eternal pillars that uphold the heavens and guide the earth, leading Your children to the shelter of Your presence. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: For I know the plans I have for you, declares the…

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you the future you long for” (Jeremiah 29:11).

Never complain about the circumstances that God has allowed in your life. Do not murmur because of your birth, your family, your work, or the difficulties you face. God, with His perfect wisdom, makes no mistakes. He knows what you need far better than you do yourself. When we think we would do more if we were in another place or situation, we are, in fact, questioning the Creator’s perfect plan. Instead, we should adjust our soul, align our heart, and accept God’s will with faith, deciding to do the work He has entrusted to us in the very place where we are.

The truth is that the problem does not lie in the situation, but in our obedience. Many do not know the path God has set for their lives simply because they have not yet decided to obey His powerful Law. God does not reveal His plans to those who live on the margins of obedience. He reserves direction, clarity, and revelation for those who seek Him with their whole heart, determined to live according to the commandments delivered by the prophets of the Old Testament and confirmed by Jesus in the gospels. This is the starting point: obedience.

If you wish to know God’s purpose for your life, do not wait for signs or mystical experiences. Begin by obeying God’s wonderful commandments—all of them—just as Jesus and His apostles obeyed. The light will come. The path will open. And the peace of being at the center of God’s will shall fill your heart. Revelation begins when obedience begins. -Adapted from Horace Bushnell. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Faithful Father, today I recognize that my complaints were the result of my lack of understanding of Your sovereignty. Forgive me for every time I murmured or questioned Your choices for me. Teach me to trust in Your plan, even when I do not fully understand it.

Lord, give me an obedient heart. I want to walk according to Your powerful Law, keeping all Your wonderful commandments, just as Your beloved Son and His apostles did. I know that Your direction is only revealed to those who take You seriously. And that is what I desire: to live to please You with sincerity and faithfulness.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You for being a wise and just Father, who never errs in the path He chooses for His children. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a heavenly map, drawn with love, that leads the sincere soul to the eternal purpose. Your commandments are like steps of light, which lift the obedient heart to the center of Your will. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: Return to the fortress, all you prisoners of hope…

“Return to the fortress, all you prisoners of hope! Even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you” (Zechariah 9:12).

It is true: the boundaries God sets in our lives can sometimes seem like trials in themselves. They confront us, restrain our impulses, and force us to look more carefully at the path ahead of us. But these boundaries are not a burden—they are guides given out of love. They remove dangerous distractions, protect our souls, and clearly point us to what truly matters. When we obey God within the boundaries He has drawn, we discover something powerful: we are happy not only for knowing, but for doing what He has taught us.

God has already determined, with perfect wisdom, the path that leads us to true happiness—not only in this life, but especially in eternity. This path is obedience to His mighty Law. He does not force us to walk it, because the Father does not desire programmed servants, but willing children. Obedience only has value when it is born from a sincere desire to please God. And it is this obedient heart that the Lord honors, leading it to Jesus—so that it may receive blessings, deliverance, and above all, salvation.

So, the choice is before us. God has drawn the path. He has shown us the truth through His prophets and through His Son. Now, it is up to us to decide: will we obey with joy? Will we let the Lord’s boundaries shape our steps? The answer will reveal the direction of our lives—and our eternal destiny. -Adapted from John Hamilton Thom. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows.

Pray with me: Loving Father, I thank You for the boundaries You place before me. Even when they seem difficult, I know they are expressions of Your care. They are not there to imprison me, but to protect and guide me. Teach me to look at them with gratitude and to recognize them as part of Your wisdom.

Lord, give me a heart that desires to obey out of love, not obligation. I know that the path of Your mighty Law is the path of life, peace, and true joy. May I never despise Your commandments, but embrace them with faithfulness, knowing that in them lies the secret to a blessed life and to salvation in Christ Jesus.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for drawing a clear path for those who fear You. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is like a golden fence that protects the field of obedience, where peace and hope flourish. Your commandments are like shining signs by the roadside, leading the righteous to Your eternal heart. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: The Lord is my strength and my shield; in Him my…

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him” (Psalm 28:7).

Be patient, my dear friends. In the midst of life’s pressures, it is easy to be brought down by what we see or feel. But God calls us to a higher place—a place of faith, steadfastness, and obedience. Do not allow your eyes to be fixed on difficulties, nor let your heart be overtaken by fear of the trials that come from the world or from internal battles. Decide to obey God with all your heart, and trust in Him above all else. When this decision is made, life flourishes even in the desert, and the soul finds renewal even in the storms.

Each challenge brings with it an opportunity: the opportunity to learn to obey and to trust more deeply. God wastes no pain, no struggle. He uses everything to form in us a faithful character. But this transformation only occurs in those who choose to follow the narrow path of obedience. Only souls that refuse to submit to the mighty Law of God have reason to fear tomorrow. Fear is a sign of disconnection. But when we obey sincerely, we begin to live in peace, even without knowing what the future will bring.

Therefore, do not follow the crowd just because it is large. The majority is often on the broad road that leads to destruction. Choose to faithfully obey the commandments that God has given us through His prophets. This is the path of life, deliverance, and blessing. And when God sees this faithfulness, He Himself rises to act: He will deliver you, strengthen you, and send you to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. -Adapted from Isaac Penington. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Eternal Father, thank You for reminding me that my security is not in what I see, but in Your faithfulness. I refuse to live guided by fear or anxiety. Today I decide to fix my eyes on You, trust in Your Word, and persevere, even in difficulties.

Lord, strengthen my heart to obey with joy. I do not want to follow the majority nor walk according to the standards of this world. I want to walk the narrow path of obedience, guided by Your mighty Law and Your holy commandments. May each trial draw me closer to You, and may my life become a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You for being a refuge for those who obey You. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is like a deep root that sustains the soul in the day of affliction. Your commandments are like living coals that warm the heart and light the path of those who love You. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
