Daily Devotional: Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, never abandon…

“Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, never abandon those who seek you” (Psalm 9:10).

The souls that grow most in intimacy with God are those that do not hide behind excuses. They do not live trapped in the past nor waste time complaining about circumstances. On the contrary, they look back with spiritual discernment, recognizing that even in difficult times, God was there—drawing near, calling, reaching out His hand. These people do not deny their mistakes, but neither do they use them as a shield. They have enough humility to admit that they have failed, that many times they ignored the blessings and despised the signs of God.

This kind of heart is the one that hears the call of the Holy Spirit clearly. It is a heart that does not justify itself, but surrenders. That does not seek excuses, but direction. By recognizing its condition as a creature, this soul understands that blessing, deliverance, and salvation come only through obedience. Obedience to the same laws that the Father gave to Israel—and that Jesus, with His life and teachings, confirmed as being eternal, just, and good.

These souls will not be deceived by false arguments, nor will they bow to leaders who preach against the holy Law of God. They know that disobedience has never been, nor will ever be, a path to blessing. And so, with faith and courage, they turn to the Creator with all their strength, determined to obey—no matter the cost. For they know there is only one path that leads to life: faithfulness to the Father, expressed in every commandment He has given us. This is the path that the Holy Spirit reveals to the humble and obedient. -Adapted from James Martineau. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Lord, today I place myself before You with an open and humble heart. I no longer want to hide behind excuses, nor justify my failures with empty arguments. I know that in many moments I ignored Your blessings, despised Your signs, and walked in the opposite direction of Your will. But now, sincerely, I acknowledge my failures and surrender to Your call.

Holy Spirit, speak to me clearly. I do not want to resist Your voice or harden my heart. Teach me to obey the laws that the Father revealed to His people and that Jesus confirmed with His life. I want to walk this holy path, even if the world rejects it, even if it costs me comfort, approval, or security. Your will is better than anything else.

Lord, deliver me from false teachings that despise Your Law. Give me discernment to recognize error, courage to oppose lies, and strength to remain firm in the truth. May my life be marked by faithfulness to the Father, in every thought, attitude, and choice. Show me, at every step, that true peace, true deliverance, and true salvation are found in obedience. And that nothing is worth more than being at the center of Your will. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Daily Devotional: I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will…

“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand” (John 10:28).

If every sincere Christian truly surrendered their will to the Lord, they would find more than enough strength to remain faithful until the end. So why do we so often fail to persevere? The answer is not in the absence of strength, but in the instability of our will. We do not lack power—the Holy Spirit dwells in us. And when we fully surrender to God’s will, He never abandons us halfway. It is not God’s strength that fails; it is our resolve that weakens first.

Obeying God’s will, perfectly expressed in His Law, does not depend on feelings or circumstances. It is a matter of decision and perspective. When we see this life for what it truly is—fleeting and full of pitfalls—we realize that our choices have eternal weight. And that faithfulness here is shaping our eternal destiny. The life we live today is preparation for what we will live forever. That is why steadfastness of heart and commitment to God cannot be postponed.

If we recognize that soon we will leave everything behind, then there is no wiser decision than to obey God with all our heart. All His commandments are just, holy, and eternal. And if we were created by Him, nothing is more logical than submitting to His will. Obedience to God’s powerful Law is not just a duty—it is the only sensible path for any creature who has understood the value of eternity. Decide today to obey, and you will discover that the power to remain is already within you. -Adapted from Henry Edward Manning. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Lord, my God, I thank You because power from You never fails. Your strength is perfect, constant, and sufficient to sustain me until the end. If I have faltered, it is not because You have abandoned me, but because my will wavered in the face of the pressures and distractions of this world. Today, with humility, I acknowledge this before You and I ask: strengthen my decision. Establish my heart in obedience. May I not depend on feelings or circumstances, but on Your Word, on Your Law—holy, just, and eternal.

Father, help me to live with my eyes on eternity. Remove from me every illusion that this life is my final destination. Make me see that every choice here is shaping my place in Your Kingdom. Teach me not to postpone faithfulness. Give me courage to obey now, with all my heart, with all my strength, with all my understanding. May Your powerful Law be my foundation, my guide, and my shield.

You created me, Lord, and nothing is more logical, more certain, and wiser than submitting myself to Your will. Obedience to You is not just my duty—it is the way of life, of peace, and of salvation. I know that Your Spirit dwells in me, and therefore the power to remain is already present. May I decide, today and every day, to live to please You. And may my life, shaped by Your Law, glorify You now and for all eternity. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Daily Devotional: Take care, do not refuse Him who speaks (Hebrews 12…

“Take care, do not refuse Him who speaks” (Hebrews 12:25).

Whenever even the slightest desire in your heart calls you closer to God—do not ignore it. It may be a gentle feeling, a persistent thought, a longing for change. These moments are not by chance. It is the Spirit of God softly touching your soul, inviting you to leave behind what is empty and embrace what is eternal. In these moments, turn away from distractions. Be still. Give the Spirit time to speak to you. Do not harden your heart. The light that begins to shine within you is a sign that heaven is drawing near.

But this drawing near is not completed with beautiful words, fleeting emotions, or religious gestures. What God desires is obedience. The foundation of His purpose for your life has already been established: it is obedience to His powerful Law. It is on this solid base that the Lord begins to reveal the details of the plan He has for each soul. Without this foundation, no building is possible. God does not write the chapters of a life in rebellion. He only reveals, only guides, only sends when He sees in the heart a real commitment to His commandments.

Many are deceived, thinking they can please God in other ways—with activities, with donations, with intentions. But the Word is clear, and the truth is simple: without obedience, there is no fellowship with the Father. This ancient lie, spread by the serpent since Eden, continues to deceive many. But let him who has ears hear: only those who obey are guided. Only those who obey are approved. And only those who obey are sent to the Son for salvation. Obedience to the Lord’s Law is the beginning of everything—of all revelation, of all direction, and of all eternal hope. -Adapted from William Law. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, I thank You for touching my soul with such tenderness, awakening in me a longing to leave behind what is empty and embrace what is eternal. Teach me to recognize these holy moments, to be silent before distractions, and to listen attentively when Your light begins to shine within me. I do not want to harden my heart, Lord—I want to respond with surrender and truth.

My Father, today I ask You to establish in me the true foundation of obedience. I know that You do not build a life upon rebellion, and that Your will is only revealed to those who decide to keep Your commandments. Remove from me every illusion that I can please You with empty actions or intentions that do not translate into faithfulness. Place in me a real commitment to Your powerful Law, so that my life may be guided by You, step by step, toward the eternal purpose You have for me.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You because obedience to Your holy Law is the beginning of all true fellowship with You. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a deep root that sustains the tree of faith, firm against the storms of this world. Your commandments are like paths of light, revealing the safe way of salvation and leading me, with hope and peace, into Your eternal presence. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: And the seeds that fell on fertile soil represent…

“And the seeds that fell on fertile soil represent those who, with a good and receptive heart, hear the message, accept it, and with patience, produce a great harvest” (Luke 8:15).

Everything we allow into our hearts—whether a thought, a desire, or an attitude—that goes against God’s will already revealed in the Scriptures, has the power to distance us from our eternal purpose. No matter how small or hidden it may seem, if it is in disagreement with the Lord’s commandments, it is a step toward error. Eternal life is our ultimate goal, and there is nothing more important in this life than ensuring we are walking firmly in that direction. All other achievements lose their value in the face of eternity.

Obeying God is not complicated. His will was clearly revealed by the prophets and reaffirmed by Jesus in the Gospels. Anyone can obey, if they truly desire to please the Creator. What makes this path difficult is not the complexity of the Law, but the resistance of the heart and the lies spread by the enemy. Since Eden, the serpent has repeated the same strategy: making humans believe that obedience is impossible, that God demands too much, that living in holiness is only for a select few.

But God is just and good. He would never ask us to do something we could not fulfill. When He commands, He also enables. Do not listen to the devil. Listen to the voice of God, which speaks through His holy, eternal, and perfect commandments. Obedience is the sure path to eternal life, and every step taken in faithfulness is a step toward heaven. Do not allow anything—absolutely anything—to rise up in your heart against the will of God. Keep His Law with joy, and you will experience the peace, guidance, and assurance that you are on the path of salvation. -Adapted from Hannah Whitall Smith. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, I thank You for showing me so clearly that nothing is more important in this life than walking firmly toward eternal life. You have revealed Your will through the prophets and through the words of Your beloved Son, and I know that anything I allow in my heart that goes against it can take me away from that purpose. I want to live with my focus on eternity, not allowing anything to divert me from Your will.

My Father, today I ask You to strengthen my heart against all resistance to Your Law. May I not listen to the ancient lies of the serpent, which try to make what You have already made accessible seem impossible. Teach me to obey with joy, humility, and perseverance. I know You are just and good, and that You never ask anything without also enabling me. Give me discernment to recognize error, courage to reject it, and zeal to keep Your Word in the innermost part of my being.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You because Your will is perfect and the path of obedience is safe and full of peace. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a protective wall that guards my heart from the enemy’s traps. Your commandments are like stars that light my journey night and day, surely leading me to heaven. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: Do you seek great things for yourself? Do not do it…

“Do you seek great things for yourself? Do not do it!” (Jeremiah 45:5).

It is in the calm and quiet moments of life that God works most deeply in us. It is there, when we become still before Him and wait patiently, that we are strengthened by His presence. While the world pressures us to act, to rush, to decide on our own and to keep everything under control, God’s way calls us to trust, surrender, and obedience. He does not want us to run ahead of Him, but to learn to follow in His steps, trusting that His light will guide us, even when we cannot yet clearly see the next step.

When we make the firm decision to obey the wonderful and powerful Law of the Creator—with all our heart, with all our strength, even if the whole world stands against us—something profound happens within us. Our personal desire begins to diminish, and God’s desire becomes the center of everything. Just as Jesus did not seek His own will but the Father’s, we begin to live with that same spirit of submission and love. And it is only in this place of obedience that true spiritual knowledge and the maturing of the soul take place.

Any attempt to unite with God without this foundation will be in vain. Communion with the Father is not established by feelings, beautiful words, or isolated good intentions—it is born and grows in obedience to His holy and perfect commandments. It is through obedience that we walk side by side with God, being shaped by Him, guided by Him, and ultimately receiving the promise of eternal life in Christ Jesus. To obey is the way—and it is also the destination, for it is where we find God Himself. -Adapted from Isaac Penington. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often let myself be carried away by the haste and pressures of this world. When everything is calm, I feel I need to do something, decide something, move something—but You call me to silence, to trust, and to rest in You. Teach me to stop before Your presence and to wait patiently, knowing that it is in these moments of stillness that You work most deeply within me. When I turn my heart to Your Law and choose to walk at Your pace, I begin to feel a peace that does not depend on circumstances.

My Father, today I ask You to plant in me the courage to obey firmly, even when this puts me at odds with the world. Give me a spirit determined to follow Your commandments with love and reverence, just as Your Son faithfully followed everything You commanded. I want Your desire to become the center of my life, and for my heart to rejoice in pleasing You above all. Guide me on this path of maturity, so that I may not only know You, but walk with You in true communion.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You because You do not hide Yourself from those who seek You sincerely. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a river of pure waters that washes, renews, and leads my soul. Your commandments are like stars in the dark sky, faithfully showing the direction I should follow. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: Teach me how to live, Lord; guide me along the right path…

“Teach me how to live, Lord; guide me along the right path” (Psalm 27:11).

God is completely holy, and as a loving and wise Father, He knows exactly how to lead each of His children on the path of holiness. Nothing about you is unknown to Him—not your deepest thoughts, nor your most silent struggles. He perfectly understands the barriers you face, the desires that need to be shaped, and the areas of your heart that still need to be transformed. God does not work randomly; He shapes with precision, with love, and with purpose, using every situation, every trial, and every temptation as tools to perfect the soul.

Your part in this process is clear: to joyfully and reverently accept the wonderful and powerful Law of God. It is only through obedience to His holy instructions that true holiness can be achieved. There is no holiness without obedience—and this should be evident to all. Yet many have been deceived by teachings that offer one without submission, without commitment to the Lord’s Law. But such holiness is illusory, empty, and does not lead to salvation.

Those who choose to obey, on the other hand, enter into a real and living path with God. They receive spiritual discernment, deliverance from the deceptions of the world, blessings that accompany the righteous, and, most precious of all: they are led to the Son by the Father Himself. This is the eternal promise—that the obedient not only walk in holiness, but are also brought to the Savior, Christ Jesus, where they find salvation, fellowship, and eternal life. To obey is, therefore, the beginning of all that God desires to accomplish in you. -Adapted from Jean Nicolas Grou. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often forget that You are a holy and wise Father, who knows every detail of my soul. Nothing about me is hidden from You—not the thoughts I conceal, nor the struggles I can barely express. And yet, You lead me with love and patience. Every trial, every difficulty, is part of Your plan to shape my heart. When I remember that Your Law is the foundation of the path of holiness, I understand that Your work in me is neither confusing nor random, but perfect and full of purpose.

My Father, today I ask You to give me a heart willing to obey with joy. I do not want to seek a superficial holiness, based only on feelings or appearances. Teach me to value and love Your holy instructions, for I know that without obedience there is no true transformation. Deliver me from the deceptions of this world that try to separate holiness from faithfulness to Your Word. Lead me in righteousness, and shape my life according to Your eternal standards, so that I may truly live in a way that pleases You.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore You and praise You because Your holiness is perfect and Your ways are just. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a fire that purifies and like a mirror that reveals who I truly am. Your commandments are safe paths for those who fear You and unshakable foundations for those who seek You sincerely. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: Beloved, if our conscience does not condemn us, we can go…

“Beloved, if our conscience does not condemn us, we can go to God with complete confidence” (1 John 3:21).

Nothing calms the mind more in the midst of chaos and life’s challenges than lifting our eyes above the circumstances and looking beyond them: above, to the firm, faithful, and sovereign hand of God, who controls all things with wisdom; and beyond, to the beautiful outcome He is quietly preparing for those who love Him. When we stop focusing on the problem and begin to trust in divine providence, our hearts start to rest, even when everything around us seems uncertain.

If you wish to live with confidence, boldness, and true joy, focus on living a pure and holy life before the Lord. Strive to obey each of His commandments zealously, even if it goes against what most people do or defend. Obedience has never been a popular path — but it has always been the right one. Every soul will give an account for itself, and your relationship with God must be based on faithfulness to the powerful Law He Himself has revealed to us. This faithfulness is what keeps the bridge between heaven and the human heart strong.

And as you persevere on this path of obedience, you will notice something extraordinary: problems, no matter how great, begin to align, to dissipate, or to lose the strength they once had. The peace of God — that real, deep, and lasting peace — begins to reign in your life. And this peace is only found by those who are up to date with the Father, living in covenant with Him through obedience to His holy and eternal will. -Adapted from Robert Leighton. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often allow the circumstances of life to speak louder than Your sovereignty. When everything seems out of place, when challenges press in, my mind becomes restless and my heart grows weary. But today, once again, I lift my eyes to You. You are faithful, wise, and sovereign over all. Nothing escapes Your control. And when I choose to trust in You and remember Your commandments as the anchor of my soul, peace begins to return, even if the situations around me have not yet changed.

My Father, today I ask You to strengthen my spirit to live with boldness, joy, and purity before You. Give me courage to obey zealously, even when that obedience separates me from the majority. I want my life to be marked by faithfulness to Your ways, not by the opinions of this world. Teach me to persevere firmly in what You have already revealed, for I know that only then will my relationship with You be solid, true, and full of peace. Your Law is the bond that unites me to You — and I do not want to loosen that tie for anything.

Oh, Most Holy God, I worship and praise You because Your presence calms every storm. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like an invisible foundation that sustains my soul in the midst of the storm. Your commandments are like safety ropes that keep me from falling, even on the hardest days. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: Turn to me and have compassion on me; grant your strength to your…

“Turn to me and have compassion on me; grant your strength to your servant” (Psalm 86:16).

When our heart is consumed by a deep and unceasing desire to have God as the beginning and end of everything—the reason behind every word, every action, every decision from dawn to dusk—something wonderful happens within us. When our greatest longing is to please the One who created us, and we choose to live with a constant focus on obeying His wonderful Law, just as the angels in heaven live to promptly fulfill His commands, then we become a living offering to the Holy Spirit.

This total surrender leads us to real and constant communion with God. And from this communion springs strength in moments of weakness, comfort in times of affliction, and protection throughout our journey in this fleeting world. The Spirit of God begins to guide our steps with clarity, because our heart no longer seeks to please itself, but rather the Father. Obedience to His Law becomes a delight—a natural expression of our love and reverence for Him.

To live this way is to cross this transient world with security, even amid struggles and challenges, toward the eternal riches the Lord has prepared for His own. It is to experience a taste of heaven even here on Earth, because the obedient soul is already walking toward glory. And it all begins with this burning desire: to please God in everything, living in full obedience to His holy, just, and powerful Law. -Adapted from William Law. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I am often distracted by so many fleeting things and fail to prioritize what really matters: living to please You. Many times I seek Your presence, but I do not place You at the center of every word, every action, and every decision of my day. I forget that the true purpose of my existence is to be a living offering to You—obedient, surrendered, and dedicated. When I turn to Your wonderful Law with sincerity, I realize that my heart begins to align with Yours, and everything within me finds order, peace, and direction.

My Father, today I ask You to kindle in me this deep desire to please You in everything. May the focus of my soul not be to please myself, but to glorify Your name in every step of my journey. I want to live in real communion with You, feeling Your strength in my weaknesses and hearing Your voice even on the quietest days. Teach me to love Your ways, to obey, because my heart has found delight in Your Word and Your commandments. Give me steadfastness, Lord, so that this surrender may be daily, sincere, and complete.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore You and praise You because You are everything to me—the beginning, the middle, and the end of my existence. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like honey to the soul and firmness for my faltering feet. Your commandments are joy to those who love You and protection for those who faithfully follow You. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: A person will always reap what they sow (Galatians 6:7)

“A person will always reap what they sow” (Galatians 6:7).

The attitudes, desires, and inclinations of our soul that will one day be perfected in heaven do not suddenly appear as something new and unknown. They must be developed, nurtured, and practiced throughout our entire life here on Earth. It is essential that we understand this truth: the perfection of the saints in eternity does not mean a magical transformation into another being, but rather the completion of a process that has already begun here, when the soul chose to surrender to God and obey His holy and wonderful Law.

The starting point of this transformation is obedience. When a soul, once disobedient, humbles itself before the Creator and decides to live according to His commandments, God begins to work in a deep and continuous way. He draws near, teaches, strengthens, and leads that soul on a path of growing communion and holiness. Obedience becomes the fertile soil where the Spirit of God acts freely, shaping character and refining affections according to His will.

Thus, when we finally arrive in heaven, we will not be starting something new, but merely continuing a journey that began here—a journey that started the moment we decided to obey the powerful, tender, and eternal Law of God. The perfect holiness of heaven will then be the glorious unfolding of the faithfulness lived on Earth. That is why there is no time to lose: every step of obedience today is a step closer to eternal glory tomorrow. -Adapted from Henry Edward Manning. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, I thank You because You reveal to me that the perfection that awaits me in heaven will not be something strange or distant, but the continuation of a life of surrender that begins now, at this very moment. You do not expect me to become another being at the end of the journey, but that I allow Your Spirit to transform me, step by step, as I choose to obey Your holy and wonderful Law. Thank You because every faithful attitude here on Earth is part of the process that prepares my soul for eternal glory.

My Father, today I ask You to plant in me the constant desire to obey You. May I not postpone this choice, nor despise the value of small acts of faithfulness. Help me to understand that it is in obedience that Your Spirit acts freely, shaping my character and refining my affections according to Your will. Strengthen me so that, even in the midst of struggles, I may remain firm on the path of Your Law, for I know that it is in this soil that true transformation happens.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You because You are preparing me from now for that which is eternal. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is like a road of light that guides me with tenderness and firmness toward perfect holiness. Your commandments are like divine seeds planted in the heart, which blossom here and are completed in eternity. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God…

“In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

God has a plan for your life—there is no doubt about that. But it is important to remember: the plan is His, not yours. And as long as you try to shape that plan to your own desires, you will live in constant conflict with the will of the Creator. That is why so many Christians live frustrated: they pray, fast, make plans, but nothing flows. Because, deep down, they still want God to bless the decisions they made without consulting Him. Peace only comes when we stop resisting and accept God’s plan exactly as He designed it.

Perhaps you say: “But I would accept God’s plan if only I knew what it was!” And here is the point that many ignore: God has no interest in revealing details of His plan to those who show no interest in obeying. The will of God is not an inaccessible mystery—the problem is that few are willing to fulfill what has already been revealed. Before seeking direction, mission, or purpose, it is necessary to obey what is already clear. And what is clear? The powerful, wise, and eternal Law of God, recorded in the Old Testament and reaffirmed by Jesus in the four Gospels.

Obedience always comes before revelation. Only when we surrender to the will of the Father and commit to His commandments does He begin to show the next step. And with revelation also come the mission, the blessings, and, finally, salvation in Christ. There are no shortcuts. The Father does not guide rebels. He guides the obedient. Do you want to know God’s plan for your life? Start today by obeying everything He has already commanded. The rest will be added at the right time—with clarity, with direction, and with the living presence of His Spirit. -Adapted from J. R. Miller. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Dear God, it is true that I often get frustrated when I do not understand what You are doing in my life. I try to seek You, but I still want things to happen in my time and in my way. When plans do not work out, I am tempted to think that You are distant, when, in fact, it is I who insist on following paths that do not have Your approval. You have already made it clear, through Your commandments, how I should live, but many times I ignore what is revealed and wait for new answers, when what I need is to obey what I already know.

My Father, today I ask You to remove from me all desire to control the future and to plant in me an obedient heart. I no longer want to keep seeking revelations while neglecting the foundation of faith, which is obedience to what You have already commanded. Teach me to value what is written, to love Your ways, and to practice, without delay, the teachings I have already received. I know that You do not guide rebels, but those who honor You with faithfulness. Give me discernment, Lord, so that my life may be shaped by Your truth.

Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You because You never fail to show the right way to those who seek You sincerely. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the firm road that leads to life, even when everything around seems uncertain. Your commandments are like living torches that shine in the midst of darkness, revealing Your character and giving direction to my soul. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
