b027 - Post about the Law of God: We are emotional beings , we laugh with those who laugh, cry...

We are emotional beings , we laugh with those who laugh, cry with those who cry, and easily confuse emotion with truth. The enemy knows this weakness and uses it to deceive us, making us believe that salvation is linked to what we feel: tears, chills, touching songs. But none of this moves the heart of the Most High. The Father does not send to the Son those who are moved, but those who decide to obey. Emotion saves no one; obedience saves. Whoever wholeheartedly seeks to fulfill every commandment revealed by the prophets who came before the Messiah is received, honored, and led to the Lamb of God. Obey while you are still alive. | “I have revealed your name to the men you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me; and they have obeyed your word [Old Testament].” (John 17:6)

The Final Judgment will be the time when the church without obedience will fall to the ground. Many who called Jesus “Lord” will see that words do not substitute for faithfulness. They knew all the commandments, had a Bible at home, but chose as leaders men who despise the powerful and eternal Law of the Father. On that Day, they will beg for mercy, but there will be no return for those who lived rejecting the truth. Jesus taught obedience to His Father’s commandments to the apostles and disciples and, like them, whether Jews or gentiles, we must keep the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord to inherit eternal life. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “The assembly must have the same laws, which will apply both to you and to the gentile who lives with you; this is a perpetual decree.” (Numbers 15:15)

The notion that God would have sent His Son so that His followers could disobey His laws is so irrational that only an evil force could make millions of souls in the churches accept this idea. How can those who consider themselves intelligent not see that, if the doctrine that the sacrifice of Christ exempts obedience to God’s laws were true, there would be countless prophecies in the Old Testament about this? Not to mention that Jesus Himself would have made it absolutely clear that part of His mission was to allow disobedience to His Father’s commandments and still guarantee salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey while you are alive. | “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God [Old Testament] and do it” (Luke 8:21).

b027 - Post about the Law of God: Jesus made it clear that no one can come to Him unless the Father...

Jesus made it clear that no one can come to Him unless the Father sends him. This leads us to the question: what is the Father’s criterion for sending someone to Jesus? According to the doctrine of “unmerited favor,” seeking to obey the laws given by God through the prophets of the Old Testament is ”trying to earn salvation” and leads to condemnation. But if obedience is not God’s criterion, then the only option would be to ignore or disobey the Father in order to be sent to the Son. Thinking this way, almost no one in the churches seeks to obey the commandments, but in none of the gospels did Jesus teach such an absurdity. No gentile will rise without seeking to follow the same laws given to Israel, laws that Jesus Himself and His apostles followed as our example. | “You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.” (Psalm 119:4)

b027 - Post about the Law of God: There has never been anyone who said that salvation depends...

There has never been anyone who said that salvation depends on perfect obedience to God’s Law. Not even the most orthodox Jews preached this. The sacrificial system in the Old Testament and the Cross were given because God knows that all men sin and need a substitute, who is Jesus, the Lamb of God. The argument that gentiles do not need to obey the Law because no one can obey it is a lie. Jews and gentiles must strive to the utmost to obey the Law, and when they fail, we have Jesus, the perfect sacrifice. The Father only sends to Jesus the gentiles who follow the laws given to the nation He set apart for Himself with an eternal covenant. This plan of salvation makes sense because it is the true one. | There shall be one law, both for the native-born and for the foreigner who lives among you. (Exodus 12:49)

b027 - Post about the Law of God: The Scriptures are clear: the promises made to Abraham are irrevocable...

The Scriptures are clear: the promises made to Abraham are irrevocable and are limited to his descendants and to the gentiles who join his people. This means that only these will benefit from the blood of the Lamb and will rise on that great day. Moses and all the prophets reaffirmed that the laws of the Lord were also mandatory for non-Jews living in Israel. The Bible mentions several gentiles who left the faith of their people and joined Israel. So must we, gentiles, if we truly desire salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | The gentile who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, thus becoming His servant… and who remains firm in My covenant, I will also bring him to My holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)

The only way to reach the Son of God is through Israel, the people chosen by God. All the promises of God, delivered by the prophets in the Old Testament and by Jesus in the Gospels, were made to the Jews and to the gentiles who joined Israel. God, in His wisdom, chose a single nation to carry out the plan of salvation. As He Himself declared, Israel was not chosen for being great and strong, but for being small and weak, so that His name would be exalted. Jesus did not create a new religion for the gentiles, but maintained the plan of salvation that has always existed. Any gentile can join Israel and be saved by Jesus, simply by following the same laws that God gave to Israel. | The gentile who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, thus becoming His servant… and who remains firm in My covenant, I will also bring them to My holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)

b026 - Post about the Law of God: Centuries before the coming of the Messiah , long before there...

Centuries before the coming of the Messiah , long before there were apostles and disciples , God already required the faithful observance of His laws as a condition for blessings and salvation. Jesus did not come to contradict this; on the contrary, He taught the same to His followers, by words and by example, living in full obedience to the Father’s Law. However, as soon as our Savior returned to heaven, the devil began his old strategy and convinced the gentiles that God’s eternal laws could be ignored without consequences. This lie spread and led multitudes away from obedience. But the truth remains: what God called eternal has never ceased to be valid. Do not follow the majority. Obey while you are still alive. | “Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith in Jesus.” (Revelation 14:12)

b026 - Post about the Law of God: Since Cain and Abel, it has been evident that God blesses the...

Since Cain and Abel, it has been evident that God blesses the obedient and curses the rebellious. This divine principle of reward and punishment has remained throughout the entire history of God’s people. When giving us His laws, God was clear: blessings for those who obey, curses for those who ignore them. The choice is in our hands. The idea that Jesus annulled this principle of His Father is an illusion without any support in the four gospels. The gentile who wishes to be saved by Christ must follow the same laws that the Father gave to the chosen nation for His honor and glory. The Father sees the faith and courage of this gentile and pours out His love upon him. The Father joins him to Israel and leads him to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. | Today I am setting before you blessing and curse. You will have blessing if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I am giving you today. Deut 11:26-27

Many Christians continually ignore the powerful and eternal Law of God revealed to the prophets of the Old Testament. In these same books, they read the wonderful promises of protection and blessings that the Lord makes to His people and imagine that they will receive all the good that the Lord promised and, in the end, inherit eternal life. This will not happen. It is obedience that leads to blessings and to the Lamb. Jesus taught obedience to His Father’s commandments to the apostles and disciples and, like them, whether Jews or gentiles, we must keep the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord to inherit eternal life. Salvation is individual; obey while you are alive. | “If only they had such a heart as this always, to fear me and to keep all my commandments, so that it might go well with them and with their descendants forever!” (Deuteronomy 5:29)
