The Bible states that the serpent was the most cunning of the creatures in the garden, not the most foolish. This is clearly demonstrated by the way the devil convinces millions to disobey God’s laws, given by the prophets, with simple and obvious lies, exactly as he did with Eve. None of Satan’s arguments are supported by the words of Jesus, but it does not matter, people gladly accept his lies. Jesus never taught that His death would exempt people from following His Father’s laws, as people believe. What He actually taught is that no one comes to the Son unless the Father sends them, and the Father does not send declared disobedient people to Jesus; He sends those who seek to follow His laws, given to Israel, laws that Jesus Himself and His apostles followed. | “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted by the Father.” (John 6:65)
The foolish Gentile, who could easily become part of the Israel of God, as Ruth, Jethro, Uriah, and Rahab did in the past, prefers to follow the path of disobedience. He thinks himself brave and says he will not obey the commandments that the Lord revealed through the prophets in the Old Testament and, even so, believes he will be welcomed in heaven. But this false confidence comes from blind leaders who taught him to despise the Law of the Most High. At the final judgment, this soul will have a bitter surprise upon realizing that he rejected the only path that leads to Jesus: obedience to the God of Israel. Salvation is individual. Every human being who becomes an obstacle to our reaching the Kingdom of God becomes an enemy. From Eden until today, the path of salvation has never changed: we are purified by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus, and we only come to the Lamb when we please the Father of Jesus through obedience to His Law, given to the prophets who came before the Messiah. Many lie by saying that we do not need to obey God’s commandments to inherit the Kingdom, but Jesus never taught this. Even if friends or family try to convince you to disobey, do not believe them, do not follow men, do not follow the majority; follow only Christ and the path He lived and taught. Salvation is individual. Obey while you are still alive. | “Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.” (Revelation 14:12)
God coordinated the transfer of authority from Eden, through Sinai, until it reached Christ. Neither the prophets nor Jesus mentioned any man, inside or outside the Bible, who would come after the Messiah with authority to alter or abolish even a comma of the laws that the Lord gave to Israel, the people He chose with an eternal covenant. The voice of the Most High remains the same, and His laws continue firm forever. Even in the face of opposition from family members and the church who follow human doctrines, this is the moment for Gentiles to show faithfulness and obey God to the letter, if they truly wish to be saved by the blood of the Lamb. The prophecies of the Old Testament confirm that Jesus is the Messiah, and it was through them, along with signs and miracles, that many chose to follow Christ. However, there are no prophecies about anyone coming after Christ with new teachings about salvation for the Gentiles, whether that person is inside or outside the Bible. Only the teachings of Jesus about salvation are sufficient, and He was clear in saying that it is the Father who sends souls to the Son. There is no basis in the writings of the prophets or in the four Gospels to believe that the Father sends people who live in open disobedience to the commandments given in the Old Testament, the same commandments that Jesus and His apostles followed. | The foreigner who joins himself to the Lord, to serve him, thus becoming his servant… and who holds fast to my covenant, I will also bring to my holy mountain. No prophet of God in the Old Testament mentions anything about man deserving or not deserving to be saved. Jesus also, in none of the four Gospels, said anything about anyone deserving salvation. Even so, most churches build their teachings around the doctrine of “unmerited favor,” without any basis in the prophets or in the words of Christ. This is a human invention, influenced by the enemy. People accept this teaching because it offers a false security, suggesting that they can ignore God’s commandments and still obtain eternal life. However, this will not happen. The Father does not send to the Son those who know and still disobey His laws. | “You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.” (Psalm 119:4)
From the beginning, man has shown himself to be easy prey to the serpent’s pleasant lies. Adam and Eve fell and disobeyed a single commandment of God. And history repeats itself, for multitudes accept the false doctrine of “unmerited favor,” which promises heaven without obedience to the mighty and eternal Law of God, even though Jesus never even remotely mentioned this heresy in the four gospels. What Christ did was train His apostles in the way of life that leads to salvation, both for Jews and Gentiles. Like them, we must keep the commandment of the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. Salvation is individual; obey while you are alive. | Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord! will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven (Matthew 7:21)
Many churches preach about sanctification, but the kind of sanctification they teach does not include obeying the holy and eternal Law of God. This form of sanctification, wrapped in disobedience, is an offense to God. The first step to sanctifying oneself in a way that truly pleases God is to be faithful to all His laws, given to us in the Old Testament. Whoever takes this initial step receives God’s approval and the presence of the Holy Spirit as a constant guide in the ongoing process of sanctification. Salvation is individual. No Gentile will ascend without seeking to follow the same laws given to Israel, laws that Jesus Himself and His apostles followed. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey the Law while you are alive. | “You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.” (Psalm 119:4)
No matter how complicated a person’s life may be, they will be blessed if they decide, with all their strength, to faithfully and permanently obey the laws of God given to His prophets in the Old Testament, just as Jesus and the apostles obeyed. The Lord’s deliverance is guaranteed. First, God will solve the existing problems, one by one. Then, He will protect them so that new problems do not arise. As long as the person remains faithful, blessings will follow them. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. The end has already come! Obey while you are alive. | “If only they had such a heart as this always, to fear me and to keep all my commandments, so that it might go well with them and with their descendants forever!” (Deuteronomy 5:29)
The mission given to the apostles in the epistles was to instruct the Jews on how Jesus, through signs and wonders, proved to be the Messiah promised in the Old Testament, and to teach the Gentiles about the faith of Israel and its Messiah. Nothing in the words of Christ suggests that the apostles were tasked with creating a new religion for the Gentiles, separate from Israel, with new doctrines, traditions, and the promise of salvation even for those who openly disobey the laws of His Father. The Gentile who wishes to be saved by Jesus needs to follow the same laws that the Father gave to the nation of which Jesus is a part. The Father sees our faith and courage, despite all opposition, unites us to Israel, and sends us to the Son.
