The true way to relate to God has always been through the physical. With each act of physical obedience, we draw closer to God and show that we trust our destiny to Him. It has always been this way from the beginning: Noah had to build an ark, Abraham had to leave his land, Moses faced Pharaoh, and the apostles abandoned their boats and nets. Only when an individual seeks, with all his strength, to obey the laws that God gave to the prophets of the Old Testament, even if everyone opposes him, does he prove to the Lord that he is determined to inherit eternal life. The Father sees his faith and courage, despite the difficulties. He pours out His love on him, unites him to Israel, and leads him to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. | “Oh, that their hearts would be inclined to fear me and keep all my commandments always, so that it might go well with them and their children forever!” (Deuteronomy 5:29)
When Jesus said, “And this gospel will be preached in all the world,” He was referring to His own gospel , not to gospels invented by men that would arise years after His return to the Father. The gospel of Jesus consists of believing and obeying: believing that He is the Messiah sent by the Father and obeying all the Father’s commandments. Jesus, His apostles, and disciples obeyed the entire Law of God contained in the Old Testament. Whoever accepts the gospel of Jesus lives as they lived; whoever accepts other gospels ignores the Father’s Law and will not be sent to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. | “I have revealed your name to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me; and they have obeyed your word [the Old Testament].” (John 17:6)
Right after the ascension of Jesus, the devil inspired talented individuals to devise a plan of salvation separate from Israel. In this false plan, the serpent promises wonders, including eternal life , all, of course, without the need to obey God’s laws, repeating the same lie used in the Garden of Eden. And millions believed, because this doctrine comforts the flesh and eliminates the sacrifice of obedience. But do not be deceived! The Father never changed His process: He only sends to Jesus the Gentiles who follow the same laws given to the nation He set apart for Himself with an eternal covenant. This is how the apostles and disciples lived , and this is how we must also live, if we truly wish to be saved. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.” (Revelation 14:12)
Everything is possible with God when we seek to obey His commandments, exactly as He ordered us through the prophets in the Old Testament and through Jesus. But people prefer to follow the majority, simply because they are many. Unfortunately, when someone knows God’s laws and ignores them, there can be no intimacy with the Lord, and He has little interest in blessing such a person. This can be easily resolved if the person stops following the majority and aligns with the Lord, seeking to obey His Law. By doing so, the Father will reveal Himself, bless them, and send them to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. The end has already come! Obey while you are alive. | “The Lord guides with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his requirements.” (Psalm 25:10)
Jesus warned us that, in the last days, false leaders would arise , and today we see thousands of them spread across all nations. Every preacher who claims that we do not need to obey the wonderful commandments of God to inherit eternal life is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Their words sound sweet, but lead to death. The true servant of Christ teaches exactly what the Master lived and preached: total faithfulness to the Father’s Law, revealed in the Old Testament. This is how the apostles lived and this is how we must also live. The Father only sends to the Son those who please Him through obedience. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “Oh, my people! Those who guide you mislead you and destroy the way of your paths.” (Isaiah 3:12)
All the beautiful words about God in the songs heard in churches have no value if those singing are not seeking to obey what the Lord has commanded. To human eyes, melodies are moving; to God’s eyes, only faithfulness counts. Those who live in open disobedience to the Law of the Most High, but keep singing His name, are not worshipping , they are only expressing empty feelings. True praise is born from a life that honors every commandment revealed in the Old Testament and confirmed by Jesus in the Gospels. Without obedience, there is no worship. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.” (Matthew 15:8)
Some people will never obey the holy and eternal commandments of God. No matter how much you argue, their hearts are already hardened. No matter how evident what God the Father revealed in the Old Testament about His Law and what Jesus taught in the Gospels, these souls will cling to any lie of the serpent, even without any support from the words of Christ. Trying to convince them, as Jesus said, is like throwing pearls before swine. Those, however, who hear and accept to follow God’s laws , the same laws that Jesus and the apostles followed , will be blessed by the Father and sent to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. When the sentence is pronounced, millions of Christians will realize that it was not “lack of information,” but choice. They had the Bible, they knew the commandments, but preferred the voice of their leaders, who promised heaven without obedience to the powerful and eternal Law of God. Their hatred will explode, but it will not change the verdict. Jesus never preached, in the four Gospels, a path of salvation for Gentiles without obeying the Father. There is only one plan: the Father sends to the Son those who hear and obey Him. The Savior trained apostles and disciples to obey God in everything. Jews or Gentiles, we must keep the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. Salvation is individual; obey while you are alive. | “The assembly must have the same laws for you and for the foreigner living with you; this is a lasting ordinance.” (Numbers 15:15)
It is almost blasphemy to believe the lie that the sacrifice of God’s only begotten Son was to save those who live in declared disobedience to the Lord’s Law. This offense to God is the direct fruit of the false doctrine of “unmerited favor,” which has been preached in practically all churches for centuries. And it goes even further. This teaching is so evil that if someone in the church decides to obey God’s laws, as taught in the Old Testament, that person is condemned, for according to them, by obeying the Father, he would be rejecting the Son. God does not send declared disobedient people to His Son, but only the soul that is willing to follow the same laws given to Israel, the nation He chose for Himself. | “Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.” (Revelation 14:12)
While living among us, the Messiah vehemently condemned those who traded the powerful and unchanging Law of the Father for the doctrines of men. If, in fact, Gentiles were exempt from the Creator’s Law, as many churches claim, Jesus would have said this clearly in the four Gospels, but this does not exist, just as there are no prophecies warning about someone being sent after Christ to teach this heresy. What does exist is the example of Jesus and the apostles on how Jews and Gentiles should live. They all kept every commandment of God: the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, the use of tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord.
