None of the prophets in the Old Testament, nor Jesus in the Gospels, taught that Gentiles have a separate path to salvation. The idea accepted in many churches—that Gentiles are exempt from following the laws of Israel—is not only incorrect but also illogical. Why would God treat Gentiles differently from Israel? Do we, as Gentiles, have some inability that prevents us from being faithful to God, as so many of His servants were before and during Christ’s time? Are we inferior to Jesus’ family, friends, and apostles? Our salvation comes by following the same laws that the Father gave to the nation He chose for His honor and glory. The Father sees our dedication, unites us with Israel, and sends us to Jesus. This is the plan of salvation that makes sense—because it is true. | “The community is to have the same regulations for both you and the foreigner residing among you; this is a lasting ordinance.” (Numbers 15:15)
