“The plans of the Lord stand firm forever; His purposes can never be shaken” (Psalm 33:11).
God has His timing — and it is perfect. Neither early nor late. But for us, who are bound to the clock and to our emotions, this can be difficult to accept. Many times, we want immediate answers, quick solutions, and clear directions. But God, in His wisdom, spares us the burden of knowing the exact timing of His plans, because He knows how much this could discourage or even paralyze us. Instead, He calls us to walk by faith, not by sight. To trust, even without understanding.
But there is something we can do today, right now: surrender ourselves completely to obedience to His mighty Law. This is the first and most decisive step for God’s plan to begin to unfold. Many within the churches live confused, insecure, lacking clarity about what God wants from them — and the reason, many times, is simple: they are waiting for direction without submitting to the will that God has already revealed. The truth is that God’s will is not hidden — it is recorded in the commandments given by His prophets and confirmed by Jesus.
If you desire light, direction, peace, and purpose, start with obedience. Obey what God has already made clear. When this decision is made from the heart, the light will come. Heaven will open over your life. You will begin to understand God’s ways, to recognize His signs, and to walk with confidence. Pray with me: Beloved Father, I praise You because Your timing is perfect. Even when I do not understand Your ways, I can trust that everything is under Your control. Help me not to run ahead, nor to stand still in fear, but to walk in faith, waiting patiently for the revelation of Your plans.
Lord, I acknowledge that many times I have lived in confusion for not obeying what You have already revealed to me. But today, with humility, I decide to take the first step: to obey Your mighty Law, to be faithful to Your holy commandments, and to reject any path that does not please You. May this surrender bring light to my steps and clarity to my purpose.
Oh, Most Holy God, I adore and praise You because Your faithfulness never fails. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is like the dawn that breaks the darkness, revealing the right path to those who obey You. Your commandments are like lamps shining in the desert, guiding each step to Your saving presence. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
