When a church teaches that it is good for a Christian to obey some of God’s commandments, but that this does not affect salvation, it is being used by the serpent. The devil always speaks this way: evil with the appearance of good. If they said that it is not necessary to obey any commandment, the shock would be too great, and Satan is not a fool. The truth is that, nowhere in the Old Testament or in the words of Jesus in the Gospels, do we see that obeying God’s Law is optional for salvation. To be saved, the soul must be sent to the Son by the Father, and the Father will never send someone who knows the laws He gave us through His prophets but blatantly disobeys them. | “Ah! My people! Those who lead you mislead you and destroy the way of your paths.” (Isaiah 3:12)
Everything we gentiles need to know to obtain blessings in this life and achieve salvation was communicated by the Father through His prophets in the Old Testament and by Jesus Himself in the four Gospels. There is no prophecy announcing new teachings about salvation after Christ; any later doctrine that alters or replaces the plan revealed by God does not come from heaven. The Father has already determined the way: to obey the commandments given to the prophets who came before Jesus. It is this faithfulness that the Father recognizes, honors, integrates the soul into His people, and delivers to the Son for forgiveness and eternal life. Flee from the crowd , obey while you are still alive. | The gentile who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, thus becoming His servant… and who remains firm in my covenant, I will also bring to my holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)
Nowhere in the gospels does Jesus say that He came into the world so that we would not need to obey His Father’s laws for salvation. Although this teaching is preached in many churches, it does not come from Christ, but was an invention that arose as soon as Jesus returned to the Father. After Jesus gave the apostles the command to go and preach His message to the world, the devil devised various deceptions to lead the gentiles away from what Jesus really taught. What Jesus said is that the Father sends us to the Son, and the Father only sends those who follow the laws He gave to the nation set apart for Himself with an everlasting covenant. This plan of salvation makes sense, because it is the true one. | “I have revealed your name to the men you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me; and they have obeyed your word [the Old Testament].” (John 17:6)
Much of what is preached today is not the gospel announced by Jesus Himself, but words of mere men , men inspired by the same serpent who, since Eden, has worked tirelessly to lead souls away from the path of obedience and into eternal death. These pleasant and easy messages are nothing but repetitions of the old lie: that man can ignore the Lord’s commandments and still inherit eternal life. But the true gospel remains exactly what the Messiah taught: to faithfully obey every commandment revealed by the Father. That is how His apostles and disciples lived. Obey while you are still alive. | Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord! will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven (Matthew 7:21)
God rejected Saul not for lack of religion, but for lack of obedience: he spared what God ordered to destroy and tried to cover up his rebellion with speech and offering. The church repeats the same mistake when it chooses which commandments to obey. Jews or gentiles, we can only be sure of salvation if we live as Jesus and His apostles lived, obeying the whole holy Law of God: the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, the use of tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. The Blood of the Lamb does not cover rebels. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “Be careful to do as the Lord your God has commanded you. Do not turn aside to the right or to the left.” (Deuteronomy 5:32)
Just like the prophets who came before the Messiah, in these last days the man of God must continually preach a single theme: total obedience to each of the Father’s powerful commandments, just as they were given to us in the Old Testament, so that souls may be sent to the Son and their sins washed by the Blood. If the church becomes empty, so be it , better an empty church than a people full of illusions. The truth never fills crowds, but saves those who embrace it. Stand firm. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “They rebelled against me. They disobeyed my laws and did not keep my commandments, which give life to those who keep them.” (Ezekiel 20:21)
In the years that Jesus walked among human beings, He taught the same faith and the same divine principles that have existed since creation. Christ rebuked the Pharisees because they were teaching human traditions instead of the powerful and eternal Law of God. In none of the four gospels did the Savior say that gentiles would have a plan of salvation that did not require obedience to the Lord’s commandments. Jesus trained the apostles to show the world how Jews and gentiles should live. They obeyed the whole Law: Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, beard, and other statutes of the Lord. Right after the ascension of Jesus, the devil realized that many gentiles would be interested in seeking the God of Israel, now that Christ had fulfilled His mission and the Holy Spirit had been sent. The enemy fabricated the idea that Christ founded a new religion for gentiles: they invented a name, created doctrines and traditions, and, most seriously, lied, saying that obedience to God’s laws is not necessary for salvation. None of these things have any basis in the four gospels, but the strategy worked, and millions follow this deception. What Jesus really taught is that the Father sends us to the Son, and the Father only sends those who seek to follow the same laws given to Israel, laws that Jesus Himself and His apostles followed. | “That is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted by the Father.” (John 6:65)
This should be obvious: we receive life and blessings when we do the opposite of what was done in Eden. In the garden, the couple disobeyed God and chose to listen to the voice of the serpent; we choose the Lord and seek to obey each of His powerful commandments, without exception. God’s plan never changed , salvation always begins with obedience. Only those who reject the rebellion of Eden and embrace faithfulness to the Father’s commandments revealed in the Old Testament are recognized as His. It was so with the prophets, with the apostles and disciples, and so it must be with us. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith in Jesus.” (Revelation 14:12)
A heretic is not someone who rejects the teachings of leaders, but someone who abandons the standard of Jesus. There are people who fiercely defend what they heard in sermons, but treat the four gospels as something disposable. This is to invert the Kingdom: Jesus is the Master, and any teaching that does not align with what He said is serpent’s poison. The Holy Spirit does not lead us to excuses for disobedience; He brings us back to what Christ taught and to what His apostles and disciples practiced. Therefore, whether Jew or gentile, whoever wants to belong to Jesus must live as they did: keeping the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. Whoever remains in the teachings of Christ has both the Father and the Son.” (2 John 9)
