Daily Devotional: “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad…

“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).

The life God has given us is not to be wasted on complaining or discontent. The Lord calls us to live each day with gratitude, understanding that even difficult moments can be used by Him to teach and strengthen us. A content heart becomes light, because it recognizes that everything is in the hands of the Creator.

This way of living is born when we learn to walk according to the splendid Law of God and His extraordinary commandments. They guide us not only in great decisions, but also in the small choices of daily life. When the soul relies on this divine direction, it discovers that obedience is not a burden, but a path of freedom and wisdom, because it puts us in tune with the eternal will of the Father.

Thus, each new day is an opportunity to show faithfulness. Those who turn their tasks and attitudes into acts of obedience are sowing for eternity. The Father blesses and sends to the Son those who make His magnificent Law the compass of every moment—and in this we find peace, growth, and the hope of eternal life in Jesus. Adapted from William Law. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

Pray with me: Beloved Father, I place myself before You with a heart that desires to live each day in gratitude and trust. Teach me to see Your hand in every detail of my life.

Lord, guide me so that I may value Your splendid Law and Your extraordinary commandments. May they guide me both in times of peace and in hours of difficulty.

Oh, dear God, I thank You because each day is a chance to obey You and bring You joy. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your powerful Law is the joy of my soul. Your commandments are safe paths that lead me to life. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Daily Devotional: “The world passes away, and its lust; but he who does the will of God…

“The world passes away, and its lust; but he who does the will of God abides forever” (1 John 2:17).

Everything we see around us is temporary. Riches, honors, joys, and sorrows—none of these will remain. But God remains the same, eternal and unchanging. And before Him we will stand, bearing the weight of the choices we made in this life. Each action, each decision is like a seed sown that will bear fruit in eternity, for life or for condemnation.

Therefore, it is essential to live according to the majestic Law of God and His splendid commandments. They are the standard that guides us to sow what is good, to become more like the Lord, and to prepare ourselves to receive His eternal love. The Father does not send rebels to the Son, but those who decide to obey and walk in the ways He revealed to the prophets and confirmed by Jesus.

So, do not waste your days. The Father blesses and sends to the Son those who keep His sublime Law. Make each act a seed of obedience, and you will be led to eternal life, remaining forever in the love of Jesus. Adapted from Edward B. Pusey. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.

“Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).

The truth is that every task in our day, when done rightly and justly, is part of our obedience to the Lord. Nothing that is lawful and approved by God should be seen as a burden or hindrance to a holy life. Even the most tiring and routine work can be transformed into acts of devotion when we understand that the Father has placed us in these responsibilities as part of our faithfulness to Him.

That is why we need to constantly remember the magnificent Law of God and His extraordinary commandments. They show us that true holiness is not lived only in moments of prayer or worship, but also in daily life, in simple choices, in the way we treat people and fulfill our obligations. The Father reveals His plans to the obedient and uses even our daily tasks to shape our character and prepare us for eternal life.

Daily Devotional: “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows…

“The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows those who trust in Him” (Nahum 1:7).

This is a great truth: the Lord sees our pain with compassion and is ready not only to sustain us, but also to transform every suffering into good. When we look only at the difficulties, we fall into discouragement. But when we look to God, we find comfort, patience, and strength. He is able to lift our heads in the midst of the storm and make life blossom, even in the most difficult situations.

To experience this victory, we need to live in faithfulness to God’s dazzling Law and His splendid commandments. They teach us to trust, to persevere, and not to lose hope. The Father reveals His plans to the obedient and, even in the midst of trials, guides those who surrender to His will. Suffering is not able to erase the blessing that comes from obedience.

Daily Devotional: “Casting all your anxiety on Him, because…

“Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).

Many times we carry burdens too heavy to bear alone. Life seems full of worries that divide us and steal our peace. But the Lord invites us to lay everything before Him. When we surrender our problems to the Father, our hearts find rest. He takes care of every detail, and instead of living anxiously, we can move forward with calm and confidence.

And this confidence becomes firm when we choose to obey the great Law of God and His magnificent commandments. They remind us that we do not need to live bound by the anxieties of the world, because we have a Father who rules over all things. Obedience is the path to true peace, for those who walk faithfully according to His commandments are led to deliverance and salvation. Daily Devotional: “Just as the clay is in the potter’s hands, so are you in My hands…”

“Just as the clay is in the potter’s hands, so are you in My hands, O house of Israel” (Jeremiah 18:6).

The image of the potter and the clay clearly shows how we are before God. The clay is malleable, fragile, and dependent, while the potter’s hand is firm, wise, and full of purpose. Every detail, every movement shapes the clay according to the potter’s vision. So it is with us: fragile and limited, but transformed by the powerful hands of the Creator who knows the end from the beginning.

However, in order for us to be molded according to God’s heart, we need to surrender to His brilliant Law and His extraordinary commandments. They reveal the path the Lord desires us to follow and form in us the character that pleases Him. The Father does not send rebels to the Son, but those who accept being molded by His will, obeying faithfully and perseveringly.

Therefore, surrender yourself to the divine Potter. To obey God’s majestic Law is to allow Him to shape our lives for blessing, deliverance, and salvation. The Father blesses and sends to the Son those who allow themselves to be transformed, and thus we find in Jesus forgiveness and eternal life. Adapted from J.C. Philpot. Daily Devotional: Trust in the Lord forever; for the Lord God…

“Trust in the Lord forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting rock” (Isaiah 26:4).

True faith in God produces peace and confidence in any circumstance. Those who possess it experience a serenity that the world cannot offer. Even amid changes and trials, this faith gives the heart patience and steadfastness, because it rests in the Lord’s care and plans. It is a faith that cannot be explained by words alone, but is proven in the life of those who live it.

But we need to understand that this trust only becomes solid when it is founded on the splendid Law of God and His incomparable commandments. These commandments reveal the character of the Father and guide us to live in communion with Him. Those who surrender to this obedience experience the real presence of the Creator, feel their lives transformed, and discover that true peace comes from faithfulness to His will.

Therefore, choose to walk in obedience. The Father reveals His secrets only to the faithful and sends the obedient to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. Those who keep the magnificent commandments of the Lord enjoy eternal blessings, union with God, and the secure hope in Jesus. Adapted from Samuel Dowse Robbins. Daily Devotional: “Call to me and I will answer you, and tell you great and…

“Call to me and I will answer you, and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3).

When we are weighed down by the burden of sin or the darkness of the past, we may think that God will not hear us. But He always inclines His ear to those who call upon Him sincerely. The Lord does not reject those who desire to return. He hears, accepts, and answers the prayer of a surrendered heart.

In this return, we must remember that the Father sends to the Son only those who embrace obedience. He calls us to live according to the powerful Law of God and His incredible commandments—beautiful and wise, given to the prophets and confirmed by Jesus. It is through them that we know the true path of freedom and blessing.

Today is the time to choose obedience. Whoever keeps His sublime Law experiences peace, deliverance, and salvation. Daily Devotional: “The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom…

“The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all” (Psalm 103:19).

We can be certain, by faith, that everything that happens to us is under the sovereign control of God’s holy and loving will. From the smallest details to the most significant events in our lives, every change of season, every pain or joy, every loss or provision—everything reaches us by the permission of the One who governs all things. Nothing comes to us by chance. Even what comes through human wickedness or the negligence of others still happens to us within the boundaries defined by the Lord.

This is why we need to hold firmly to the majestic Law of God. The splendid commandments that the Father gave to the prophets of the Old Testament and to Jesus teach us to rest in divine sovereignty. Obedience protects us against rebellion and murmuring. It reminds us that the God we serve never loses control, never abandons His children, and never allows anything outside the plan of redemption and sanctification that He Himself is working in us.

Trust, even when you do not understand. The Father blesses and sends the obedient to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. May the magnificent commandments of the Lord be the foundation that sustains your faith in uncertain times. Obedience brings us blessings, deliverance, and salvation—and teaches us to see God’s hand even in the circumstances that challenge us most. Adapted from Edward B. Pusey. See you tomorrow, if the Lord allows.

Daily Devotional: “You will keep in perfect peace those whose purpose is firm, because…

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose purpose is firm, because they trust in You” (Isaiah 26:3).

A truly consecrated soul learns to see God in all things—without exception. Every detail of daily life can be an opportunity for connection with the Father, whether through a simple upward glance or the silent overflowing of the heart. This constant union with God does not require haste or frantic effort. On the contrary, it calls for calm, simplicity, and an inner peace that is unshaken, even when everything around seems to be falling apart. Remaining serene in the face of chaos is one of the marks of mature faith.

And this serenity is born when we cling to the glorious Law of God. The magnificent commandments given to the prophets of the Old Testament and to Jesus lead us to a life of simplicity and trust. They help us let go of excessive desires, worries, and distractions that draw us away from our true refuge. Obeying the extraordinary Law of the Lord is like dwelling in the safe shelter of a Father who cares for every detail—and who desires that we live in full quietness of spirit, anchored in His eternal love.

Do not allow anything to steal your peace. The Father blesses and sends the obedient to the Son for forgiveness and salvation.
