In various churches, they try to convince gentiles that they do not need to keep commandments such as the Sabbath, circumcision, the beard, and unclean meats because, according to them, “the first Christians also abandoned them.” But that is not an argument, it is condemnation! Since when do we follow the disobedient as an example? The Most High gave us the Messiah as a reference, not men who abandoned the Law. Jesus obeyed everything. And His apostles and disciples, who learned directly from Him, also obeyed everything. Those who came later and rejected the Law did not inaugurate a new path; they merely repeated the error of Eden. Salvation is individual. Obey while you are still alive. | “Whoever says: I know Him, and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” (1 John 2:2-6)
