Jesus said that the Holy Spirit would remind us of everything He taught while He was here on earth. Something Jesus never taught in the four gospels is the doctrine of “unmerited favor” and, therefore, we can be sure that this is a false doctrine, from beginning to end, even if it is popular and old. What exists in the gospels is the example of Jesus and the apostles on how Jews and gentiles should live. They all kept every commandment of God: the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, wearing tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. Salvation is individual; do not follow the majority; obey while you are alive. | “The assembly must have the same laws for you and for the foreigner living among you; this is a lasting ordinance.” (Numbers 15:15)
