Gentiles are so blinded by the doctrine of unmerited favor that they even claim the blasphemy that the heavy burden Jesus offered to lighten was the laws of the Father Himself, and not the weight of sin and eternal condemnation that the wicked carry. To claim that God sent His Son to “relieve” people from His holy and eternal Law goes beyond ignorance and spiritual blindness; it is something demonic and approaches the unforgivable sin. The truth is that no one is saved without the Father sending them to the Son, and the Father will never send someone who lives in open disobedience to His laws given to the prophets in the Old Testament and to Jesus. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey while you are alive. | “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.” John 6:44
