The soul that desires to please God and ascend with Jesus must have this phrase as a principle of life: “I may not understand everything in the Scriptures, but I know that my Creator gave me laws to obey, and with all my strength, I will seek to follow them all faithfully. Let God do with me what He wills, but His laws I will obey.” This was the spirit of Job, who said: ”Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” God never abandons this type of person; He gently guides them to still waters and sends them to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey while you are alive. | “You have commanded Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.” Psalms 119:4
