The Lord is a God who forgives and forgets the offenses of those who repent. To repent is to acknowledge that one has erred and to do everything to not repeat the mistake. The kings of Israel are examples of this, as God forgave even the most wicked when they admitted their sins. However, millions in the churches live in open disobedience to the laws of God revealed in the Old Testament and by Jesus in the Gospels. They do not admit any fault and see no reason to repent. Yet, they believe they will be welcomed with kisses and hugs in heaven. This world of illusion is the result of centuries of brainwashing caused by the false doctrine of “unmerited favor.” The Father does not send the disobedient to the Son. | “You have laid down precepts that are to be fully obeyed.” Psalms 119:4
