The serpent has only one mission on earth, and it is determined to pursue it to the end: to lead every human being to disobey God. Unfortunately, millions of souls have already fallen into its trap, living in open disobedience to God’s laws, revealed to the prophets and to Jesus, based on the false doctrine of “unmerited favor.” They delude themselves, believing that they are pleasing God and that they will ascend with Christ. Jesus never taught this absurdity. What Jesus taught is that it is the Father who sends us to the Son. And the Father only sends those who follow the same laws given to the nation He set apart for Himself with a perpetual covenant. God does not send declared disobedients to His Son. | “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.” John 6:44
