“I brought you up out of the grave and will bring you up from your graves, O my people; and I will put my Spirit in you, and you will live” (Ezekiel 37:13–14).
God does not awaken a soul only to leave it trapped in the darkness of doubt and fear. Just as Christ was brought out of the tomb, everyone who belongs to His spiritual body is called to rise with Him—free from guilt, despair, and the chains of unbelief. The same power that raised the Son also works in His children, pouring forgiveness, peace, and love into the heart. This deliverance is an inseparable part of the new life in Christ, a sure promise for all who belong to the Lord’s eternal covenant.
But this freedom is strengthened by obedience to the magnificent commandments of the Most High. It is in faithful walking that the heart experiences true peace and the joy of the Spirit. Obedience delivers us from inner imprisonment, clears our thoughts, and makes us aware of God’s constant presence, transforming fear into trust and guilt into communion.
Therefore, do not accept remaining among the shadows when the Lord has already called you into the light. Rise with Christ, live in freedom, and walk in a manner worthy of the new life the Father has granted you. Whoever obeys the divine voice experiences full restoration and is led to the Son to enjoy true peace. Adapted from J.C. Philpot. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows.
Pray with me: Beloved Father, I praise You because You do not leave me trapped in the darkness of doubt and fear. Your power calls me into the light of life in Christ.
Lord, teach me to live according to Your magnificent commandments, so that I may remain free, in communion with You, filled with the peace and love that come from Your Spirit.
Oh, dear God, I thank You because You set me free from the tomb of guilt and make me live in Your presence. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is the path that leads me to freedom. Your commandments are the light that dispels fear and fills my heart with peace. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
