The serpent has only one mission on earth, and it is determined to follow it to the end: to lead every human being to disobey God. Unfortunately, millions of souls have already fallen into its trap, living in open disobedience to God’s laws, revealed to the prophets and to Jesus, based on the false doctrine of “unmerited favor.” They deceive themselves, believing they are pleasing God and that they will ascend with Christ. Jesus never taught such an absurdity. What Jesus taught is that it is the Father who sends us to the Son. And the Father only sends those who follow the same laws given to the nation He set apart for Himself with an everlasting covenant. God does not send declared disobedient ones to His Son. | “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them; and I will raise them up at the last day.” (John 6:44)
Salvation is individual, but many feel secure by being part of a large religious group. This confidence in the majority is fatal, because the majority of Gentiles today follow a plan of salvation that did not come from the lips of Jesus nor has support from the Lord’s prophets who came before the Messiah. Multitudes believe they can be saved without obeying the laws that God gave to the nation He set apart for Himself, but this path was never approved by the Father. Jesus taught that no one comes to the Son unless the Father sends them , and the Father only sends those who please Him through obedience. Salvation is individual. Obey while you are still alive. | Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord! will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven (Matthew 7:21)
There is a great difference between the Israel of God and rabbinic Judaism. The rabbis created their own religion which, in addition to the Old Testament, considers other writings as sacred. Over the centuries, they also added their own doctrines and traditions. The Israel of God, on the other hand, is composed of Jews and Gentiles faithful to the eternal covenant of circumcision made with Abraham and to the laws given to the chosen people. When giving His laws to Moses, God emphasized that everyone, including Gentiles, should follow them. Any Gentile can join the Israel of God by following the same laws given to Israel. The Father observes his faith and courage, unites him to Israel, and leads him to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. Jesus is the Messiah promised to Israel for the forgiveness of sins. | “The assembly must have the same laws for you and for the foreigner living among you; this is a lasting ordinance.” (Numbers 15:15)
The simple fact of considering oneself a Christian does not guarantee that the Blood of Christ will be applied to the person. Jews or Gentiles, the sacrifice of the Lamb has always been intended for those who seek, from the heart, to obey the powerful and eternal Law of God. By demonstrating reverence through obedience, the soul pleases the Father, who blesses it and sends it to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. There is no other way to reach the Lamb except through obedience. Jesus taught obedience to the apostles and, just like them, we must keep the commandment of the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord! will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven (Matthew 7:21)
The sacrifice of Jesus is a gift from God for His faithful children, who love Him and demonstrate this love by seeking, with all their strength, to obey His holy and eternal laws. Every human being is born in sin and needs Christ, but God does not send everyone to Christ, only those who please Him. The only way to please God is through faithfulness to His instructions. Not a drop of the Lamb’s blood will be applied to those who live in declared disobedience to the laws that the Lord gave to the prophets in the Old Testament and to Jesus in the Gospels. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. The end has already come! Obey while you are alive. | “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God [Old Testament] and put it into practice.” (Luke 8:21)
The millions of Christians who live in disobedience to the commandments of God revealed in the Old Testament did not arrive at this by chance , they were taught this way. Each generation inherited doctrines that arose years after the ascension of Jesus; doctrines created to ease the conscience and keep Gentiles away from the obedience that leads us to the Lamb. But God does not ignore those who lead His sheep astray. Every leader, from ancient times until today, who taught the people to despise the holy commandments of the Lord, will give account before the Throne and receive just punishment. The Father is just and does not acquit the guilty. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “Oh! My people! Those who guide you mislead you and destroy the way of your paths.” (Isaiah 3:12)
The true value of free will will only be fully recognized in heaven, and only by those few who chose the narrow way and the strait gate mentioned by Christ. These few will be greatly rewarded because, even under intense pressure from the church and family, they decided to follow with all their strength each of the holy laws that God gave to His prophets in the Old Testament and to Jesus in the Gospels. As for those who chose the broad way, who followed the majority in the church and lived in open disobedience to God’s laws, they too will receive the just payment for their personal choices. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. | “The Lord guides with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his requirements.” (Psalm 25:10)
Rahab and Ruth, two well-known figures in Scripture, were not part of God’s people by birth. Like all Gentiles, they had to accept the God of Israel and obey His laws to receive the blessings and protection promised to Abraham in the everlasting covenant. Nowhere in the Gospels did Jesus indicate that this process of including Gentiles into God’s people changed with His coming. Jesus did not create a new religion for the Gentiles. The Gentile who wishes to be saved by Christ must follow the same laws that the Father gave to the nation chosen for His honor and glory. The Father sees the faith and courage of this Gentile and pours out His love upon him, unites him to Israel, and leads him to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. | The foreigner who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, thus becoming His servant… and who holds fast to my covenant, I will also bring to my holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)
It is impossible to be sanctified without obeying God. The word “sanctification” is one of those that have great impact in the church, just like love, faith, and worship. However, just because the word carries weight does not mean that merely using it brings us closer to God. The type of sanctification that many churches teach ignores the clear commandments of God, given through the prophets of the Old Testament and by Jesus, and therefore has no practical value, remaining only in speech. Whoever truly wishes to be sanctified and have an intimate relationship with God must first seek to strictly obey all His laws. Only when this is done will the Lord guide him on the true path of sanctification. | “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God [Old Testament] and put it into practice.” (Luke 8:21)
There is no sanctification without obedience to God’s Law. A person may renounce the world and withdraw from everything, but if they consciously do not follow the laws that God gave us in the Old Testament, their pursuit of holiness will be in vain. Obedience to the holy and eternal laws is the foundation of the relationship with God; without this solid foundation, nothing stands, everything is an illusion. However, when this individual begins to obey, he opens the door to the Throne of God, and the Lord guides him, blesses him, and sends him to the Son to receive forgiveness and salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. The end has already come! Obey God’s Law while you are alive. | “The Lord guides with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his requirements.” (Psalm 25:10)
