Many in the church like the idea of having an intimate relationship with God, hearing His voice clearly, being guided by Him, receiving His blessings, and ultimately ascending with Jesus. These are great desires, but they believe they can achieve all this without obeying the laws that God gave for His people to follow. Unfortunately, things do not work that way. As long as someone does not seek to faithfully follow all of the Lord’s laws in the Old Testament, God will not send them to the Son, as He does not consider them part of His people. All of Jesus’ apostles and disciples were faithful to God’s laws, and we, Gentiles, are neither superior nor inferior to them. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey God’s Law! | “All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.” Psalm 25:10
There is no sanctification without obedience to God’s Law. A person can renounce the world and distance themselves from everything, but if they consciously do not follow the laws that God gave us in the Old Testament, their pursuit of holiness will be in vain. Obedience to the holy and eternal laws is the foundation of the relationship with God; without this solid foundation, nothing stands, everything is an illusion. However, when this individual begins to obey, they open the door to the Throne of God, and the Lord guides, blesses, and sends them to the Son to receive forgiveness and salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey God’s Law while you are alive. | “All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.” Psalm 25:10
The Israel of God consists of Jews and Gentiles. Jews are descendants of Abraham, while Gentiles come from other nations. When God made the covenant of faithfulness with Abraham and sealed it with the physical sign of circumcision, He commanded that everyone in his house, including the Gentiles, be circumcised to be included in the perpetual covenant. Similarly, when giving the laws at Sinai, God made it clear that the obligations were the same for both Jews and Gentiles. Salvation lies in believing and obeying: believing that Jesus came from the Father and obeying the laws that the Father gave to Israel, laws that Jesus Himself, His apostles, and disciples obeyed. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. | “You and the foreigner shall have the same law for you before the Lord; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.” (Numbers 15:15)
The theme that dominates the Scriptures is obedience to God’s commands. As a race, our suffering began when we disobeyed in Eden, and it will only end when, individually, we do the opposite: obey everything the Lord has commanded us through His prophets in the Old Testament. The Gentile who seeks a shortcut, a way to reach Christ without faithfully obeying God, is playing with his eternal future and will have a bitter surprise at the final judgment. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey while you are alive. | “Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.” Revelation 14:12
For the Gentile today, obeying God’s laws exactly as they were given to His people in the Old Testament is inconvenient and requires an immense desire to please the Lord. That is why this Gentile receives many blessings and protection. Divine protection is abundant, as he automatically becomes a constant target of evil forces. The devil and his hosts fear the influence he can have on others. We are living in the last days, and God is calling some courageous Gentiles to interrupt the lie of salvation without obedience that has been propagated since Jesus’ ascension. The Father does not send declared disobedients to the Son. | The Gentile who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, being thus His servant… and who holds fast to My covenant, I will also bring to My holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)
It is impossible to have a true understanding of Jesus’ teachings without being in obedience to God’s laws, just as the apostles and disciples were when He taught. Trying to learn something from the Son’s teachings while living in declared disobedience to the Father’s laws is illusory. There is no real spiritual progress in disobedience. He who truly desires to grow in knowledge and intimacy with the Father and the Son, and get out of stagnation, will have to distance himself from the majority and start obeying all of God’s laws, given to the prophets in the Old Testament, just as Jesus’ apostles did. Access to the Throne will be unlocked, and knowledge, blessings, and salvation will flow. | “All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.” Psalm 25:10
When King Saul despised God’s laws, all revelations ceased. Desperate, he ended up seeking a witch, a servant of Satan, for guidance. In the present day, the same happens. He who desires revelations from the Lord, but ignores His holy and eternal laws given to the prophets of the Old Testament, will be deceived by the enemy, just as Saul was. It is no use waiting for revelations from God while living in disobedience. However, by obeying His laws, access to the Throne will open, and the Almighty will guide the person and send them to Jesus for forgiveness and salvation. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. Obey God’s Law while you are alive. | “You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.” Psalms 119:4
God is not desperate to save the Gentiles. In heaven, there is no shortage of souls. This inflated self-esteem we see in many churches comes from the serpent, who makes them believe that God wants them so much that He will welcome them into heaven with open arms, even if they blatantly reject the laws He gave us in the Old Testament. The salvation of the Gentiles lies in following the same laws that the apostles and disciples of Jesus followed. There has been no change and we are neither better nor worse than them. The Father sees our faith and courage, despite the challenges we face. He pours His love upon us, unites us with Israel, and leads us to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. This is the plan of salvation that makes sense because it is true. | “You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.” Psalms 119:4
The devil is a master at using deceptive words that seem good and holy, but lead to destruction. As soon as Jesus returned to the Father, the serpent convinced the Gentiles that Christ had founded a religion for them, with new doctrines, traditions, and, as expected, without the laws of Israel. The truth is that Jesus never said He came to found a new religion. Any Gentile can join Israel and be blessed by God, as long as they follow the same laws that the Lord gave to Israel. The Father sees the faith and courage of this Gentile, despite the difficulties. He pours His love upon him, unites him with Israel, and leads him to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. This is the plan of salvation that makes sense because it is true. | The Gentile who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, being thus His servant… and who holds fast to My covenant, I will also bring to My holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)
Many in the church create doctrines without basis in the words of Jesus and propagate them as truths, simply because they sound good. One of these inventions is the lie that Gentiles do not need to obey God’s laws, because no one would be able to, and that is why Jesus died. However, none of this is mentioned by the Lord’s prophets about the function of the Messiah, and in none of the Gospels does Jesus claim such a thing. Jesus came as a sacrifice for the sins of those who love the Father, and they prove this love by seeking to follow all the laws that God gave to the chosen nation, sealed by a perpetual covenant. The Father does not send to the Son those who rebel against His laws. | “You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.” Psalms 119:4
