The God of the Scriptures calls us to obedience. If your Christianity consists only of emotions, fleeting sensations, tears, or chills, you are placing your hopes in a man-made god, a biblically-shaped idol, but completely disconnected from the living God who demands faithfulness to His holy Law. The Father never taught that emotion saves; He taught that obedience saves. Jesus lived this way, the apostles lived this way, and any gentile who desires eternal life must live this way as well. True faith does not rely on feelings, but on practical, daily, and courageous obedience. Salvation is individual. Do not follow the majority, obey while you are alive. | “Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith in Jesus.” (Revelation 14:12)
