It is revealing to realize that the plan of salvation preached today cannot be found in the four Gospels. In Jesus’ day, no one was taught to ignore God’s Law to be saved; on the contrary, obedience was always the path that led to the blood of the Lamb, both for Jews and Gentiles. The “new gospel” that dispenses with the commandments revealed to the prophets who came before the Messiah only appeared years after the ascension, created by men inspired by the serpent, who preferred lies to the truth. But the true plan was not revoked. The Father does not send the disobedient to the Son. Salvation is individual. Obey while you are still alive. | The foreigner who joins himself to the Lord, to serve Him, thus becoming His servant… and who holds firmly to My covenant, I will also bring to My holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)
