God has always expected His people to obey His laws with all their effort, but this has never meant a demand for absolute perfection, with no room for mistakes. Proof of this is that it was God Himself who instituted the sacrificial system and, at the right time, sent His Son as the Lamb of God. The doctrine that the Law was canceled because no one can obey perfectly finds no support in the prophets or in the words of Jesus. Christ died as a substitute for those who love God and prove that love by striving to follow His laws. Do not follow the majority just because they are many. The end has already come! Obey while you are alive. | “You have commanded your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.” (Psalm 119:4)
