After Eden, obeying the Law is no longer sufficient for salvation, because sin has contaminated the entire human race. We need the sacrifice of the Lamb to be purified. But it is when we decide to be faithful to the Father’s Law that He sends us to the Son so that we may be saved , and the Son does not lose any of those whom the Father sends Him. The apostles and disciples understood this divine principle perfectly; that is why they not only recognized that Jesus was the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, but also faithfully obeyed all the laws that the Lord revealed in the Old Testament. We, the gentiles, need to live exactly as they lived, if we truly wish to inherit eternal life. Do not follow the majority , obey while you are alive. | “And this is the will of Him who sent me: That I should lose none of all those He has given me, but raise them up at the last day.” John 6:39
