When the Great Judge sits and the truth comes to light, millions of Christians will understand too late that trusting their leaders was fatal. They had the Scriptures, knew the Father’s commands, but preferred the easy way, accepting the false doctrine of “unmerited favor” as a license to ignore the powerful and eternal Law of God. The weeping will be great, but there will be no review of the sentence. In none of the four gospels did Jesus present a plan of salvation for gentiles without obedience. For years, He trained apostles and disciples to obey God in everything. Jews or gentiles, we have to keep the Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, the beard, and all the other statutes of the Lord. Salvation is individual; obey while you are alive. | “The assembly shall have the same laws, which will apply both to you and to the gentile who lives with you; this is a perpetual decree.” (Numbers 15:15)
