From Eden to the present, the serpent has always worked with the same goal: to lead human beings to disobey the Creator. As soon as Jesus returned to the Father, the devil inspired talented men to create a parallel religion that uses God’s name but removes obedience. That is why doctrines arose that pretend to exalt Jesus while despising the Law of Jesus’ Father. But in the four gospels, there is no authorization for this “new plan” nor for this ”new messenger.” What exists is the living example, both for Jews and Gentiles: Christ and His apostles obeyed the entire Law: Sabbath, circumcision, forbidden meats, tzitzits, beard, and all the statutes of the Lord. Salvation is individual; obey while you are alive. | The foreigner who joins himself to the Lord, to serve him, thus becoming his servant… and who holds fast to my covenant, I will also bring to my holy mountain. (Isaiah 56:6-7)
