Many claim to know God, but true knowledge only happens when the soul decides to obey each of His powerful commandments, exactly as He ordered through His prophets in the Old Testament and by Jesus in the four gospels. It is in daily, sincere, and complete obedience that the heart draws near to the Creator, and it is on this narrow path that intimacy, blessings, and, in the end, salvation arise. Without obedience, no one knows God, they only have an idea about Him. The apostles and disciples of Christ lived in total obedience to the wonderful Law of God and so must we. Do not follow the majority, obey while you are alive. | “He who says: I know Him, and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” 1 John 2:2-5
