“And the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as His anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true…” (1 John 2:27).
Just one drop of divine anointing is enough to completely transform a life. Just as Moses consecrated the tabernacle and each vessel with only a touch of the holy oil, a single drop of God’s love and power is sufficient to sanctify the heart and make it an instrument of the Lord. When this heavenly drop touches the soul, it softens, heals, enlightens, and fills it with spiritual life.
But this anointing comes upon those who walk in obedience to the magnificent Law of God, the same splendid commandments that Jesus and His disciples faithfully followed. Obedience is the pure ground where the oil of the Spirit rests; it is what sets us apart for sacred service and makes us worthy to partake in the eternal inheritance. The Father blesses and sends the obedient to the Son for forgiveness and salvation. Allow the drop of divine anointing to touch your heart today—and you will never be the same, for you will be consecrated forever to the service of the Most High.
Pray with me: Beloved Lord, pour out Your holy anointing upon me. May a single drop of Your love penetrate my heart and consecrate it entirely to You.
Purify me, teach me, and fill me with Your Spirit. May I live in constant obedience, being a useful vessel in Your hands.
Oh, dear Father, I thank You for the anointing that renews my soul. Your beloved Son is my eternal Prince and Savior. Your mighty Law is the holy oil that seals my heart. Your commandments are like a gentle balm that perfumes and consecrates my whole life. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
