“Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart” (Psalm 119:2).
A soul filled with great ideas performs small tasks better. The divine vision of life illuminates even the most humble situations. Far from petty principles being suitable for small trials, only a heavenly spirit dwelling within us can sustain our daily labors. This spirit endures the humiliations of our condition with peace.
This truth calls us to obey the heavenly Law of God. His magnificent commandments elevate our soul, giving purpose to the simplest tasks. To obey is to allow the Creator to dwell in us, transforming the ordinary into the sacred and sustaining us through every challenge.
Beloved, live in obedience to carry the heavenly spirit of God. The Father guides the obedient to His Son, Jesus, for salvation. Follow His ways, as Jesus did, and find peace in the smallest things. Adapted from James Martineau. Until tomorrow, if the Lord allows us.
